Not so bad hotel

I was welcomed by a receptionist who I adore because he does his job impeccably and is always available and smiling... this alone makes the stay better :)

Unfortunately it's on the motorway and therefore noisy. Attempts to repair the bathtub with paint were unsuccessful. The paint has peeled off over large areas. A no-go for a 4-star hotel

The rooms could be renovated for a 4**** hotel. Our bathtub was ugly and falling apart. Staff very nice. Clean .

I was given a room with a completely peeling bathtub, which is very questionable for a hotel that claims to be 4 stars. Furthermore, the toilet flushing was something indefinable, the "button" was detached and moved making it difficult to press it

The service was great! Very friendly staff. Full breakfast buffet. The evening in the restaurant went very well.

Second time I stay at this Hotel. The first time was disappointing due to the room with problems. But let's say this round went quite well. I say well enough, because there were the doors of the shower cubicle that did not close properly with the risk of spilling water. Let's say that if they did more maintenance in the bathrooms, with replacements including shower rods, taps, etc. it wouldn't be bad.

Good service, satisfied!

I have frequented this hotel for years and if possible it has improved over time thanks to the good restaurant attached

........may have been nice 30 years ago but now it is aweful . The room i am in stinks of damp and mold , room isnt clean , air con sounds like a car but doesnt work ane the window sill looks like it hasnt been cleaned in years . But when the hotel doesnt care about how the outside of the hotel looks they will not care about the inside . This hotel really is the pits

This hotel is a rack !! The building and design are old ,very low maintenance ,not clean,bath rooms are filthy .rooms are very dark Stuff are very nice and helpfull but this not cover the overall condition of the hotel
