Good staff

The hotel is convenient from the location, everything is within walking distance, service and reception helps with check-in and check-out. Breakfast is excellent. There is a taxi service to the airport.

I don't know anything else, but I'm sure the bedding isn't really changed. Five people stayed for two days, and everyone was scratching.. My whole body itches. However, accessibility is good for going out to play right away.

I really enjoy my stay at the hotel. We had a warm welcome from Mr. Dong who is really enthusiastic and joyful. He was always present for any questions and request. The room was perfect and bigger than our expectations. I got free upgrades.. all the staff are professional and welcoming. The breakfast is well furnished and delicious. The location is perfect next to St Joseph Cathedral

Perfect location. Great base for a visit to old town or the highlights around the centre. Rooms are good staff is friendly and helpful and the breakfast is excellent. The staff is there to help and book tours, trips or next stays and advise. I absolutely recommend this hotel.

Amazing hotel! The location was absolutely amazing and so close to the lake, hundreds of shops and restaurants. As well, the rooms were very clean and spacious. The staff (shoutout to Mr Brian and Kimmie) were so welcoming and informative, and more than happy to help. I overall had a fantastic stay and would 100% stay again if I came back to Hanoi.

Amazing and very welcoming staff. They were informative and helpful during our stay, making us feel comfortable. Aswell as the rooms being clean and beds super comfy. The hotel is positioned perfectly within a 5 minute walk to the main tourist destinations of Hanoi. Would definitely stay again. Shoutout to Mr Brian and Kimmie

Very good place very nice staff especially Mr Dong, Peter and Ms Rose. Ha Long Bay Dong arrange is very very good, its amazing time in Viet nam. The room at hotel is good with Window, the breakfast is exeptional. I will recommend to everyones this hotel.

Very friendly staff and great location, would definitely recommend staying here if you plan on visiting Hanoi! Staff were very helpful and attentive, making sure all your needs are met and you arrive safely to and from the airport! They give you free coffee also 👀

Staffs(especially Mr. Dang) were full of hospitality and friendly. There were no bugs. The air-conditioner works well. The bed was comfortable and the toilet was clean. I would like to recommend anyone who is planning to have a trip in Hanoi. I especially recommend you to visit Ninh Binh and try the egg coffee

Everything’ s perfect. Position of the hotel, breakfast and services, everything’s very good. Special thanks to Rose and Dong. We arrange a trip to Parfum pagoda and it was also very nice. We definitely will come back here, I can highly recommend.

Mr. Dong was awesome! He helped us with everything and was so kind! We booked almost every trips there for good price. Please go to this hotel and contact Mr. Dong! We were one time helpless in Danang. He helped then us with booking a sleeper bus. We are very thankful to him.
