Excellent Customer service, very helpful employees in all levels, great breakfast choices

This hotel and the hotel staff is amazing. We stayed for two nights, and the rooms are cozy and clean. The location is perfect as well since it’s located near the busy streets of Hanoi but also near streets with crosswalks and sidewalks. We did the spa here too and it was a great experience. The Jacky was also very attentive and helpful who booking Halong bay cruise for us . The staff in general makes the stay even more spectacular. If the hotel wasn’t booked, we would stay again after our return from halong bay.

Great place to stay in Hanoi, super well located and with excellent staff: all the guys are always smiling and helpful, especially ms Rose and mr Dong. Dong Da helped us have the most wonderful experiences when driving in Ha Giang and immersing in the cool water of Ha Long Bay, Vietnam. Recommended!

Well, I felt great when booking a room at Splendid Hotel. All staff always welcome me. They are friendly and helpful. The free breakfast is really delicious and the beef noodles is yummy. Good location in the Old Quarter and nice value for price. Ms. Rose at front desk take care me any time She introduced me to spa relaxation. I did the Hot Stone Package 155', it was absolutely amazing. Thank Splendid so much, I will back soon.

The room hardware needs improvement. The breakfast is plentiful and the location is close to Huanjian Lake and St. Joseph's Church. The doors (room and bathroom) are difficult to open. There should be a place to hang towels next to the washbasin (water tends to accumulate in the washbasin). The phone should have speed dial indicators. The bathroom drain is large, which can cause slow drainage. Toothpaste and toothbrushes should be separated (soft toothbrushes are less likely to damage gums). Water should be provided in sufficient quantities, rather than requiring guests to purchase it (only two 375ml bottles a day).
