The hotel really needs to be renovated, it's too old. Breakfast should also be improved, there are too few dishes Hardware facilities, such as TV, cannot be watched at all

The room was completely different from the photos on Ctrip. When I arrived at the hotel, I was surprised. This hotel was like a doghouse. It was absolutely uninhabitable. It was messy, dirty and old. I asked to cancel the order, but the hotel refused to agree. In the end, I decided I'm unlucky if I didn't check in. Please don't choose this hotel. In a word, it's worse than a doghouse. Ctrip's casual advertising of rubbish hotels is also a sign of irresponsibility to consumers. It's an absolute bad review! ! !

Central location, however the hotel is quite old

Stayed at the Central Hotel as part of a tour group. Honestly had I booked this myself I would have likely checked out and moved on. But let’s give this some perspective outside of the pretty pictures and flowery description listed on TripAdvisor. Built in 1999, I honestly thought it was older than that, as a 4 star hotel. Ok so I can see how at one time it was “opulent” but that time has passed. Poor maintenance and cleanliness are apparent at ever turn. My first thought when I walked in my room was that at one time this was the hotel of choice for the Party elite…ironically the TripAdvisor description points to this as well. Positives. The staff are kind and attentive, the breakfast in the morning was good, and my bed was surprisingly comfortable. I am giving a score of 1. Honestly, a score of 2 is more appropriate but given that the current overall score is 2.5 I feel the need to offset review scores from 10+ years ago. Given the low cost of approximately $30/night I think it is important to keep some perspective and temper your expectations to match that cost.

Dirty, moulded, burned out from cigarettes, internet on and off, noisy outside from traffic. Enjoy the history, back 20 years in Vietnam province city, only for explorers. Local breakfast is very decent with local cuisine to experience new tastes

Old hotel, degraded facilities, normal breakfast. The hotel has a convenient location, close to shopping centers and several eating places. The service staff is not very friendly. The system is old so it doesn't meet the needs I want. But anyway, each place has different circumstances. So everyone needs to make the right choice.

IF YOU INTEND TO COME HERE FOR TOURISM AND BUSINESS, I SUGGEST NOT TO STAY HERE. An old hotel with degraded furniture, hotel services below 3/10 points and this is my specific experience. me: this morning I went to have breakfast and there was only one dish of vermicelli and fried rice (which was terrible). When I asked, the staff said "because there were few customers, there weren't many dishes" while I had already paid in full for breakfast, because The staff explained further that "due to the small number of customers, the food will be reduced" and I asked if that would reduce the cost of food because I paid in full but received less than 2/10 of the amount paid, the staff replied: “No because this is the hotel's regulations. I realize this is robbery, not accommodation service. I stayed in a triple room (218- March 2-3, 2024) room price 800k This was a terrible experience when we chose Center Hotel for our business trip, we paid for room and breakfas but they just gave to us 20% breakfast and explained that the OCC low and that all they had (but we paid full and they don't even refund) Pls don't be like us

You can smell the damp smell as soon as you enter. Everything smelled - especially the sheets. There is very little hot water. The hotel is shabby, outdated and has a very communist feel. The restaurant on the 7th floor is terrible, no atmosphere at all - the food is ok. This town is not a tourist attraction, but it is very close to My Lai. Experience the real Vietnam - We were on a bike tour and it was obvious the way you passed that Vietnam's vibrant economy doesn't touch everyone.
