Clean hotel, but dull and dark. Services are okay.

Located in nature

First room was smell bad of smoke even though my booking was non smoking room . They gave me other room was good after i complained. I think hotels used to give worst room who booked through trip.com . It happened in my previous trip in Bali.

The room is surprisingly big, and the 1.8m big bed looks small in the room. It's too far to watch TV when lying on the bed 😂 It also has a small balcony. It is a relatively old hotel with a serious shortage of waiters. The hotel is very large and you can see snow-capped mountains outside the window. The hotel building is in an old-fashioned royal style. The air conditioner is noisy. The quilt and bed are average. The breakfast is okay. The service awareness of the waiters cannot be compared with international chain hotels.

The corridors of the hotel are wide, the rooms are large, and the bathroom is also large. But the layout style is more old-fashioned. Breakfast is okay, except that there is no pork here, there are fish, beef, chicken for hot and cold meals, and there are more varieties of bread and cheese. The milk is cold, but hot water is provided. Various cereal flakes, nuts, preserves and more. The cleanliness of the room is good, but the drainage is not smooth, so it can be cleaned up. Did the last guest not care? There are many daily activities, and other facilities are not used, so it is impossible to evaluate. Note that the hotel checks in after 2:00 pm. We will not be allowed to enter even if there are vacancies when we arrive at 11:00 am, or we will add more than 100 US dollars. In fact, there are not many guests. This is not as good as domestic hotels.

It is very convenient to go to the ski resort, and the atmosphere of the hotel feels like a palace.
