Pela terceira vez fico não Hotel Florença e o atendimento, limpeza, restaurante são impecáveis. Super recomendo pois alem do descrito, sua localização é ótima. Recomendo os quartos de fundos pois são mais silenciosos e longe da avenida.

Recentemente, tive o prazer de me hospedar neste hotel e a experiência foi simplesmente excepcional. O ambiente é extremamente limpo e bem arrumado, o que imediatamente me deixou à vontade. Os quartos são aconchegantes, proporcionando um ambiente perfeito para relaxar após um dia cheio. Além disso, os funcionários são notavelmente educados e prestativos. Desde o momento do check-in até a minha partida, fui tratado com muita atenção e respeito, o que fez toda a diferença na minha estadia. Recomendo este hotel a todos que procuram conforto, limpeza e um atendimento de primeira classe. Com certeza, voltarei em futuras visitas à cidade.

Excelente hotel, ficamos no quarto Premium e foi maravilhosa a hospedagem. Quarto amplo, com smart TV, Alexa, ar condicionado, banheira e até uma TV no banheiro. O restaurante do hotel também é sensacional, ambiente agradável e os garçons muito educados. O café da manhã estava delicioso e com boa variedade.

O quarto é maravilhoso e o café da manhã é espetacular! Além do conforto, a limpeza também foi excelente. A equipe foi muito atenciosa e deixou um mimo para nós como casal. Não vemos a hora de voltar e com certeza recomendamos o Hotel Florença de olhos fechados!
