It’s was amazing staying at the hotel, most of the museums were close by. Highly recommended.

Friendly and warm welcome staff, always help me for everything I need. Breakfast is very delicious, and serve until 10:30am. Location is great for the art lover, enjoy museum and concert in a short walking distance. Thanks for the wonderful hospitality and I had a great stay.

The location was great and easy to reach from the airport. It only took around 3 minutes to walk to a local supermarket and museums. The room designs and amenities are simple, yet comfortable for a pleasant stay. We booked a family room with one king bed and an extra single bed. However, we were not aware that the bathroom lacks a door separating the shower area from the room. Anyway, the staff was super friendly, and there were clear instructions for check-in and check-out.

It is an environmentally friendly hotel. I didn't pay attention when I made the reservation. When I checked in, I discovered that there was no air conditioning, no facial tissue, no slippers, and no toothbrush cup. But there is a hot water kettle, snacks and wine for the first night of stay. The water provided is not bottled mineral water, but water from the hotel kettle. The biggest advantage is that it is close to the museum district. You can reach several major museums on foot, but there is no subway nearby.

The service was very considerate. It was raining heavily when we checked in, and the staff enthusiastically served us hot tea, which left a good impression.

It was very clean and had a simple design, which was great! The front desk staff was friendly and it was a good trip.

Friendly reception. Excellent location, easily accessible by car and public transport. Beautiful, spacious room with fantastic large bed. - the pillows were way too soft. There is a 'pilow menu', but if you have problems with your neck and shoulders at night, you don't get up to change. Tip: instead of giving 2 super soft pillows, you might want to give 1 harder and 1 soft. - Biggest downside: if you are sensitive to noise, a room on the street side is not ideal because of the tram that often passes there. Luckily I had earplugs or I wouldn't have slept: even through the earplugs I could still hear the tram and you can also feel the vibrations in bed.

It was very convenient as it was in the center of cultural life: located 5 minutes away from major museums (Bango, Like, Moko, etc.) The room is spacious and the floor is not carpeted, so it is cleaner. The bathroom and room were very clean and it was located in an affluent area, so it was nice to be able to open the window to ventilate the air. The staff were very friendly and the service was good, and although the breakfast was simple, I was satisfied because it was prepared with local ingredients. I was satisfied that a cultural hour was provided where you could enjoy free wine from 5 to 6 o'clock. It was disappointing that there was no refrigerator in the room, but if you asked the front desk, they were able to lend you a refrigerator, which was convenient. The hotel's location, spaciousness, friendly service, and cleanliness all came together, so my husband and I had a satisfying time.

Me pareció muy agradable para descansar. La cama y las almohadas fueron lo máximo. Lo único que agregaría es que ventilen un poco la habitación. Y unas pantuflas desechables sería para darle puntuación 5 de 1-5 por el tipo de piso. Fue facil ubicar el hotel con google-maps. La recepcionista fue sumamente amable, no hablaba español pero se esforzó por darnos todas las indicaciones que necesitábamos. El lugar es muy tranquilo. Si la idea del viaje es permanecer cerca a la vida nocturna no es el lugar por ello lo elegí. Queda cómo a 30-40min caminando de zonas más concurridas.

2박 3일 예약했으나, 일정변경으로 1박만 하고 체크아웃해서 아쉬웠습니다. 편하게 머물 수 있었어요
