Very central location. Limited room space but it worked. Stairs to the rooms are steep and tight. Those with large luggages will have to decide whether keeping it in storage is a better option.

A small hotel centrally located and very easy to get to. The staff are polite, friendly, and very helpful. The room was clean, a bit small but had everything I needed. It was perhaps a little cold. A really nice touch is that there's a hotel cat!

Great location

The location is super convenient for getting around. The cleanliness was acceptable. However, the room was tiny, and the surroundings were quite unpleasant, being close to *** and Chinatown with many adult stores. We booked through Trip.com, and the price was almost double what we would have paid on *********** (Trip.com charged 4589 RMB for 4 nights, but we later found the same room type for 660 RMB per night on ***********, which would have been 2640 RMB). Upon arrival, we had to pay extra to upgrade our room and for taxes. The hotel put us in a second-floor room facing the street, which was very noisy at night, making it difficult to sleep. We couldn't open the window, and there was a strong smell of *** smoke. On our last night, the hotel moved us to a room facing the canal, which was much quieter. We complained to Trip.com, and customer service gave us some points as compensation, but it was far from covering the price difference. We also saw other Chinese tourists staying here, and we hope Trip.com investigates this issue to stop overcharging Chinese tourists.

The hotel room was very small, especially the shower area in the bathroom. The temperature in Amsterdam at the beginning of April was only around 7-8 degrees Celsius at night, but the room didn't have a thermostat. I was so cold I had to sleep with my clothes on. There was only a thin duvet on the bed, which wasn't enough to keep warm.

The location is superb, just a 6-minute walk from the train station. In the evenings, it's a ten-minute walk to ***. There are plenty of restaurants nearby; the entire street is practically lined with eateries. Overall, the room was clean. However, I found it quite peculiar that in the Netherlands, house taxes are levied based on a property's width, which explains why most buildings are long and narrow. The only drawback was that when I needed to store my luggage before checking out, the storage room was located downstairs, requiring me to carry my bags down a very narrow and steep staircase, one by one.

There are a lot of stairs in the hotel, so be mindful if you have large suitcases. Other than that, everything was great, and the location is excellent, right above a bar street.

Great hotel. Near the train station. Room was nice and clean. Mickey the cat that lives in the bar was a highlight.

The location is okay, but the room is really small, and the bathroom is tiny.

The amount paid for the room is valid only for the location. Because the sheet set in my room certainly hasn't been changed. There was hair on the pillowcase and on the sheet. Zero cleaning. The service was good but in the app it said that I had to pay 9.36 when I arrived I paid 11.

Good service at the reception, but there was 24/7 noise in the room at all hours.
