Great place with numerous choices to dine

Very nice for business trip

The Hyatt Regency sets the standard for hospitality in Guiyang—perhaps in all of China. Definitely one of my best hotel stays ever in a decade of traveling China. Brand new facilities, top notch staff, and right next door to a stunning park. If you like running, I highly recommend the running park in the urban park behind the hotel—absolutely stunning urban running (see the photos below) 🏃🏽‍♂️Can’t go wrong staying here if you are in Guiyang 💯

Many, many thanks to Carl and Harris… Two outstanding managers; they made everything just seem effortless. The cleaning staff was very attentive and prompt and kind. I was so impressed. This is probably one of the best hotel customer service experiences I’ve ever had in China.

The best five-star hotel in Guiyang has been open for more than ten years, and its appearance is amazing. Standing by Guanshan lake, the service is first-class, and I feel the enthusiasm of Guiyang people. On my friend's birthday, the hotel specially prepared surprise room layout, afternoon tea, Chinese restaurant, western restaurant, comfortable environment and complete dishes. Because of a lot of luggage, my colleagues in the concierge department helped me carry my luggage several times. When I left, my sister at the front desk borrowed a power supply for me because my mobile phone was broken. When I first wrote a comment, I was moved and warm by my colleagues and friends at Hyatt Guiyang. Thank Christine, Fanny and all my colleagues for their hard work. I suggest you, especially after 00 o'clock, stay in Hyatt Regent Hotel and cancel all family accommodation and online red hotel. The staff was very friendly and helped us at any time. The hotel is located in the newer part of the city, you often need to travel by taxi or metro to go to the most attractions.

The service was very good. When I checked in, I told Miss He that I forgot to bring makeup remover oil, and she helped me find makeup remover wipes. When I checked out, she also helped me store the charger I left at the hotel. Thank you to the lovely people who added warmth to my journey.

Hyatt has always been a safe choice for travel, and this time in Guiyang is no exception. The room and service remain at the same level as always, and the receptionist Xiao Hou has always been very enthusiastic and thoughtful. I will choose it again next time I come to Guiyang.

The hotel is grand, with a very good environment and warm service. It is surrounded by the beautiful and elegant Guanshan Lake. The restaurant serves delicious food, including all kinds of delicacies from the mountains and the sea, as well as various domestic and foreign fine wines.

We chose the Hyatt Regency Zhongtian Hotel by Guanshan Lake to watch the Mars concert. It has a great location, with many delicious foods around. The second floor leads directly to the park and the concert ticket gate. The hotel design is standard and has a sense of age. The room water is Nongfu Spring. Due to the National Day holiday and the concert, the price is much higher than usual, so the price-performance ratio is not high. The service is still enthusiastic. Although the temperature in Guiyang has been low these days, the central air-conditioning cannot cool the room, the room is very stuffy and I did not sleep well.

Hyatt Regency Guiyang is very beautiful, with great scenery, comfortable rooms and excellent front desk service. I came here to watch the Mars concert. It is near the National Square, and the location is very good. I am especially grateful to Xiaoyue, Xiaohe, Xiaogan and Xiaoling at the front desk for their excellent service. They all wore ethnic costumes and had a very ethnic feel. I look forward to the next opportunity and will definitely come here again!

The room is not too wide, but the facilities are complete. I like the view outside the window. The location is convenient, and it is also convenient to go out for food. In August, the hotel is full of the fragrance of osmanthus. The service of Xiao Hou at the front desk is good and well received.

The hotel is comfortable and elegant, the front desk service is very warm and thoughtful, and the environment is beautiful and pleasant. I will choose here again next time!
