Maritza Rocks!!! Anthony is Awesome!!! Adell is Cool!!! I needed to have my 3 rooms on the same floor and if possible to have 2 of them connect to each other. I understand how difficult it can be to have connecting rooms so I was hopeful. When I called, Maritza answered the phone and was SUPER friendly and willing to assist. I explained to her that I would be arriving by 2 PM and was hoping for the above as well as at least 1 room to have early check-in. Maritza not only took care of me, she amazed me!! She was able to secure 3 rooms on the same floor all close to each other and 2 of them were also connecting as requested. After that, she informed me that she could have all 3 rooms available for my early arrival as well. When I arrived Maritza was assisting another guest and Anthony checked me in. Anthony was also friendly and fun to engage with while completing the check-in process. Anthony is new to hotels and has been at this one for just about a year. You can really tell that his passion is hospitality. Adell was the 3rd team member that I had the pleasure of meeting while checking in. She has worked at another hotel before but is newer to this location and Sonesta. She too loves hospitality but enjoys wowing the guests after they come back from a long day at Disneyland. Update: my room lock stopped working and I had to call the desk for maintenance. It took 5 minutes and 11 seconds from me hanging up with the desk to maintenance fixing the lock. It took Maintance 2 minutes and 28 seconds to get the call from the desk and to come up to my room. Once he came up and saw what was needed it took him another 1 minute and 27 seconds to go back and retrieve tools and batteries to fix the lock. Once he had his tools He was able to fix the lock in 77 seconds. I am not sure if many will understand how great this is. I realize that responses aren’t typically this fast. However, a shoutout has to be made because they did this all in less than 6 minutes. That’s crazy!!!! Lastly, I have to shout out housekeeping for clean rooms. I always break down the room to inspect for bugs, dirt, or any other unwanted items. Not only were my 3 rooms super clean, they were dust free too! Great job to the Sonesta Anaheim for such a wonderful staff and leadership!!!

The Viv is the most beautifulest nicest hotel I've ever seen. Everyone that worked there was extremely extremely nice. I would definitely stay there again.

We came here with my husband for work for a week, my first impression was good, after I spend one night it changed all. Beds are confortable, the room is clean where you can see it but...I couldn’t sleep till 3 am because in the room next to us I could hear absolutely everything, the talk, the laughs... We had to move the furniture to switch off the fridge because it was old and making a lot of noise, there is a strong noise coming constantly from the bathroom ventilation and we were super dress in bed as the room is freezing...the air comes from the space between the door and the frame 🤷🏻‍♀️ Location is good and there is many places you can go walking but you should bring some ear plugs if you want to sleep!

Hotel was very nice and staff was very helpful and friendly. The ART bus stops directly in front of the hotel making access to the parks very easy. You can also choose to walk which we did the first night but the ART bus is worth the $6 per day (or $16 for 3 day pass). Also had breakfast one morning at the restaurant which is a much better option than eating at the parks.

We stayed to watch the Angels and go to Disney. Walking distance to both. It was very nice to clean the front desk. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast is very delicious! It's hard to say, but the Mickey-shaped waffles made by cutting fruits and myself were popular. I would like to stay at the Cambrian Hotel when I go to Anaheim again.

Staff was very helpful and kind. However the building is outdated to say the least. What was really bad was the breakfast. Un eatable, tasteless , expensive AND above all they use disposable cups and plastic glasses!!!!! I can't believe that is possible to produce so much trash without care. 500 years to decompose one glass for one drink? Unbelievable! I won't stay again here and I hope they buy glassware and a dish washer!

We had a great 3 night stay. We were there for Disneyland trip celebrating our daughters birthday. It was her 1st trip to DL. Upon arrival, a couple hours before 4pm check in, we were happy to hear a room was available. About 20 minutes later we got a knock at the door. It was hotel staff with a bday gift for our daughter! We were blown away. It was so thoughtful. Staff acknowledged us each time we left for the day and upon arriving back. Nice touch. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Room was as expected. Location is great, probably a 10 minute walk to entrance. Having Panera in the same lot was nice. Did not expect a fancy breakfast and was not letdown. If you are expecting anything more you will be disappointed. We had a great experience and will be recommending this location to friends/family.

This trip was a staycation with my small family. It was a much needed break from the stress of life and it was nice to have enjoyed it so much. My son has autism so it is hard for him to stay in new places. I was worried about noise since the train passes nearby but I never heard it. This room was huge and clean. It had a great deak area and I was able to connect my Netflix to the TV. It is close wnough to all kinds or restaurants. Even though the pool was very small, my kids had a great time. The free breakfast was filled with different options. The eggs were not the best but everything else was really good.

I’ve stayed at couple Doubletree hotels but this property doesn’t meet standard. I’m okay staying at old properties but I believe operators should at very least maintain the property to keep it up. The furniture inside the rooms were rundown broken, lobby elevators keys were falling off. Room interior is dark, light switches don’t work. No standard things inside rooms such as blow dryer, soaps, shampoos, coffee machine with no coffee. Would not recommend staying here, would strongly consider Doubletree Anaheim Convention Center appears to be more updated and well kept.

My family and I stayed here last week. From the map, it looks like it’s an easy walk to Disneyland. Not. You better have a car an plan for Disney parking, or us Uber/Lyft. They advertise a shuttle to the park, but when we inquired, we were told it was stopped during COVID and not very reliable when it did run. Plus, in the past, the last run was at 8 PM. Disneyland is open until midnight. The free breakfast is available at 7 am. We left the hotel at 6:30, as any Disney “expert” knows, gets you to the front of the lines when the park opens. So, no free breakfast for us. On our checkout day we went down to pick up our breakfast in a bag. Ugh! Sunny Delight rather than orange juice, Hostess muffins, salty potato & bacon chips, and a chocolate peanut butter bar. Although bedding and towels were clean, the room smelled VERY musty, the soap was SO thin, you need a bar a day for one person, if you use a washcloth. My son and his family’s room had ants. Whenever we had an opportunity to talk to the management, they were helpfu, so there’s that, but we are dedicated Disney people. We left every morning at 6:30 and got back to the hotel at 11 PM or later. It didn’t coordinate with their times, so it was difficult to schedule housekeeping and resolve complaints. Overall, pick someplace else.
