Suzhou Hotels with Bars

The Service there at DoubbleTree is very good, especialy Ms Sally Wang at the Restaurant was reading our wishes just from the eyes ! Due to my Job before Covid came arround i spend half live at Hotels and defined 4 Points a good Hotel constitutes: kindness, cleanness, which direction shows the hand shower (who ever opened the shower-tab blind in the morning knows what i mean) the and hows the toilet paper quality. Even the last 2 Point sounds a bit strange but thats the 4 Point who keep in mind and let me consider if i stay there another time. Only the Last Point could improved there but get covered by the other !

Environmental hygiene: Many small details of the hotel are very considerate, and there are disposable bathtub covers (10 yuan each). First-class service: Unlike many hotel front desk phones that are always busy or no one answers, this one answers quickly and comes quickly. Complete facilities: swimming pool, billiards, fitness equipment, table tennis, mini golf... are all free! Excellent location: There are many fly restaurants opposite the hotel, the taste is good, and the price is reasonable. Go a little further (ask passers-by at No. 2 Middle School), there are many snack stalls, and you can try all the local snacks. (7 yuan a bunch of rock sugar strawberries)

This is my second time staying here. I always stay in this hotel every time I go to Suzhou. Facilities: The room facilities are very complete. Sanitation: Very clean. Environment: In the city center, opposite Suning Plaza and snack street. Service: Check in at 9pm. I wanted a higher floor but the room I booked was sold out. The front desk lady upgraded my room for free.

The hotel facilities are a bit old and the towels are not new. In the first room I was offered, urine stains were left on the toilet seat. After changing to another room, the tea table had no power and could not boil water. The service attitude of the front desk staff is really good. They said that they would change another room for me. I am really too lazy to move again. Waited until after 8pm when the electrician came to work to fix it.

Hotel location is good, parking is convenient, eating and shopping around is convenient, complete facilities, the hotel's internal facilities are complete, the linen is very clean, hygienic, the front desk service is very good
