Amazing hotel, recommend to everyone who travel to Ankang and needs comfort and little bit of luxury. Great food both western and Chinese, friendly and helpful staff, sport facilities. If I have a chance I will come back again in the future.

There was a problem with the air conditioner in the room. It was very hot in the summer. I was sweating even sitting still in the room. When I called the front desk, they told me that there was no problem. They said it was normal. It was mainly because the weather was too hot. The level of service was also outrageous.

The hotel opened in 2019. The facilities and equipment are a bit old. The breakfast is rich and the rice noodles are delicious. The surrounding area is very lively and convenient, with shopping malls, hospitals and gas stations. If you are bringing children during the Dragon Boat Festival, it would be great if the hotel has some activities that children can participate in.

Then they reluctantly changed me to another room. Then, when I came back at night, the light flashed and turned off automatically within 10 minutes after I turned it on. I called the engineering staff, but they said they couldn't fix it, so I changed the room again. I felt that I was changed to a room that was not as good as the deluxe king-size bed room I booked. I went to the front desk, and they actually said that they upgraded me for free. . . . The child was speechless. This was the worst hotel experience, bar none.

If you want to eat nearby, you can walk to Wanda Plaza in more than 20 minutes.

The restaurant has a rich breakfast and the buffet dinner is not expensive. The only drawback is that the room does not have air conditioning. It is recommended to install a screen window. At least you can open the window for ventilation when the air conditioning is not used.
