We stayed in this hotel twice: we lived 3 nights after Kutahya (including New Year's) and on the way back 2 nights, between Safranbolu and Istanbul.
They put us in the same room 4001 both times, which is why the illusion of "returning home" on the second run was complete.
It is located five to seven minutes walk from the central metro stop, on a quiet street, nearby they sell records and books. Despite the presence of restaurant streets nearby, it is very quiet, even the mosque can only be heard from afar. Perhaps this is only in winter, but in summer there are cafes on the street and you can hear the music. When choosing a hotel, they paid special attention to the description of the noise, in the reviews there was a couple in the style of "very noisy", but in other hotels the situation was even worse, we chose this hotel and we were lucky - even on New Year's Eve it was perfectly quiet here! In the bathroom, soap, gel, shampoo and conditioner, chopsticks and a cap. There are Rossmann and Watsons drugstores nearby, you can always buy everything you need.
Around the corner are the shops of the Shock and Bim chains, on the square there are shopping centers and Migros. Weight! lots of food around.
Breakfast from 7, decent.
