Awful experience, first of all our room was not at all like the pictures in our booking. After a request to change rooms (at a cost of 8 euro’s a night) we agreed to pay half. Which was before we realised there was barely any hot water, no matter the time of day. Then there was the quality of the general facilities and the equipment provided (run down and dated) alongside chipped tableware and cracked tiles. More than once there were holes and stains on the ‘freshly changed’ bedding. The cleaning of the room in winter time is mean’t to be every other day however we had to verbally request for the room to be cleaned. We also ended up doing it ourselves a few times in the two weeks. The maids were excessively loud and disruptive, often waking us with banging and crashing as they carried out their cleaning services in the surrounding rooms. When we approached the staff working at the hotel they said they would contact the manager/owner to find a solution to the issues we had raised but no one came back to us until our check out day, they told us if we didn’t pay the room upgrade despite our disappointing experience they would have to pay which was obviously a lie. We also requested a double mattress topper, our request was ignored even though we asked numerous times. Our request was finally granted a week into our stay. Wouldn’t recommend staying here!

Have just returned from my first ever solo holiday and after a ton of research, finally chose Antique Roman Palace after reading all of the reviews and wasn't disappointed with my choice. Lovely rooms that were well maintained and no issues with housekeeping, it was fun to see how artistic they were with preparing the bed, the first night was a creature wearing my glasses which genuinely made me laugh when I walked through the door. Food was good with plenty of choice, if you didn't want to eat in the main restaurant, there were food options in the 24 hour bar that were freshly prepared upon order. The hotel has two pools as well the main beach over the road, where the staff member was always smiling and attentive, as you could access drinks. Staff were friendly and nothing was too much for them. Only drawback was that there weren't too many English speaking guests, so as a solo traveller, that was a bit limiting - but it's not the hotels fault! Loved the place ❤️

I went with my family last week and stayed in Sunway Hotel and it was the best decision ever. 1- Location: The hotel is located in a lovely street full of restaurants and hotels, crowded during the day but very calm in the evenings. You just have to cross the road to reach the famous teleferik that takes you up to the castle. Kleopatra beach, gardens, playgrounds and a big fountain are 2 minutes away by walking. The archeological museum is 5mn walking. This hotel has the best location ever! 2- Service: The staff are amazing and very helpful, the girl at the front desk that i didn't had the chance to know her name was trying her best to find us solutions whenever a problem encountered us. The owner is somethings else, he is the nicest and sweetest man you will ever meet; he was our little genie, had answers to every question and helped us a lot during our stay. 3- Accomodation: The rooms were clean, a bit obsolete, but still good and spacious with a little balcony. It wasnt that fancy, but you will feel home. The only problem was with breakfast. Same food every morning, so we stopped coming down after the third day. I highly recommend this hotel, these people will make you feel home and do their best to help you enjoy your stay.

As the name suggests, it's a very young but very beautiful facility located just below the Alanya castle. With a polite and caring staff, carefully designed stylish rooms, a large enough pool and sunbathing area, and without the screams of children, they provided us a comfortable holiday. Without forgetting, they serve Turkish type breakfast in the morning, nothing short of it! We had very short time this time, we will be back again.

My daughter and I spent four wonderful nights here. We stayed in a standard room, which was fairly basic, though it had everything we needed. The thick walls kept the room cool, even when we were out for the day, and also kept it quiet. We slept very well. The thing that made this hotel truly special, though, was the staff’s kindness and enthusiasm — helpful with any and all of our questions. Breakfasts were simply wonderful and we’d often linger at the outdoor restaurant, enjoying the view of Alanya and the sea. Much of the food comes from the restaurant’s organic garden onsite and a nearby organic garden, too. We loved the homemade jams. In the afternoons, we enjoyed complimentary cake and tea. The location is suburb — in the historic part of Alanya, in the old city walls. There’s a beach on the bay side about a three minute walk from the hotel and the Kleopatra beach about thirty minutes walk (we actually enjoyed this walk as we needed some exercise after all those tasty breakfasts.) The Kleopatra beach area has a totally different feel than our little corner of Alanya and we were thrilled we chose to stay in the historic area.

Had a lovely time at this hotel, the room was spacious and kept very clean by the excellent staff. The hotel is in a very good position, a walk to the beach only takes under 5 minutes and a bus to the centre of town is very good value at 9 tl .The nights can get a bit noisy with disco music playing until midnight but ear plugs could solve this. The breakfast is the same each day and a buffet style could sort this out. Overall a very pleasant stay helped by an excellent management team.

A affordable but cozy hotel is located in the city center, right next to the beach of Cleopatra, Funiculier, Archaeological Museum and other sights. Room cleaning is regular. They are spacious, with high ceilings. Some interior details are waiting for updates, but that is not a critical problem. Air conditioning is paid.
Wayfay is strong and stable -- unlike many other, even more expensive, Alanyi hotels.

I had to pay extra money even though I booked already a double bed room. The view was out of this world! The breakfast was delicious. The staff were however cold and the bedsheets weren’t clean enough. My partner and I kept scratching our skins at night and we also found a roach in the room. T

The hotel is decent with a great location. However, there are couple of things that should be worked on. First, the towels are not changed every day which is in my opinion mandatory for the beach hotel. We used to wash them by ourselves. Also, you have to take your shower gel, shampoo, and soap since you will get those only when you check in. Two small shampoos and soaps are definitely not enough for the trip that lasts seven days or more. WIFI is very poor and available signals are kind of confusing since they have one for each floor and area but none of them works good. The beach waiter/guardian is very unpleasent and have his own and very strange rules of selling the sun beds. For example, you come early in the morning and ask for some of the beds in the first row he tells you ”No, it's reserved.” Then noone appears there for the whole day or someone who is not even the quest of the hotel takes those. When you ask if you can reserve for tomorrow he says ”No way!”. This guy really makes you feel kind of discriminated for your own money and dealing with him on daily basis can definitely ruin your vacation.

It was 2 nights here, the hotel is price/quality. Old, but in principle normal for its money.
A great location, it is its big plus, right next to the sea (2 minutes) and the center (minute 10 walk).
The rooms are spacious, 2 balconies. There is a kitchen and all the cooking dishes. They provide slippers.
Of the downsides: a little feels smoke, towels some already grey, washed. Old already. In the evening noise is due to cars and motorcycles. The tap is underflow.
If you do not get to the petty things like this (but maybe for someone they are very important), the hotel is normal.
