Otelden bikaç saat önce ayrıldım. Aslında düne kadar iyi yorum yapmayı düşündüğüm fakat dünden sora fikrimi değiştiren işletme. Gelin sebebini size yaşadıklarıyla birlikte anlatayım ve sizde biraz bilgi sahibi olun. Aylar öncesinden sadece 1 gün İçin rezervasyon yaptığım bir oteldi. Özellikle otoparkı olduğu İçin ve Antalya merkezinde olduğu İçin tercih ettim.Ben ve kız arkadaşım adına 2 kişilik rezervasyon yaptığımızı söyleyip otele giriş yaptım. 506 TL ödemiştim internetten sadece bir gece için. Resepsiyon daki arkadaşa fiyatı sorduğumda bana 400 TL olduğunu söyledi. Bundan çok rahatsız olmadım çünkü oteli aramayıp internetten rezervasyon yapmak benim tercihimdi. Ertesi sabah arkadaşımla bir gün daha kalmaya karar verdik. Bu defa fiyatı sorduğumda bize daha yüksek fiyat verdiler. Sebebini sorduğumda ise diğer arkadaşlarının fiyatları bilmediğini beni yalnız kaldığımı düşündüğünü söylediler. Ben bu fiyatı veremem dediğimde ise size daha önceki fiyattan yardımcı olabiliriz dediler. Hala otoparkı ve yakın olduğunu düşündüğümüz İçin kabul edip 2 günlük daha rezervasyon yaptım. Son günü de Antalya da geçirip şehirden öyle ayrılacaktık. Buraya kadar bir sorun yaşamadık. Taki dün son gecemizi bu işletmede geçirene kadar. Otele gidiş yaptığımızda otoparkın dolu olduğunu gördük. Resepsiyon da ge bir arkadaş vardı daha önce de gördüğüm ona otoparkı sorduğumda yardımcı olamayacağını orada yeni işe başladığını bizim kendimiz yer bulmamız gerektiğini söyledi. Bizde öyle yaptık. Biraz yürüyüş yapıp otele döndüğümüzde otopark alanının boş olduğunu gördük aracımızı oraya aldık be odamıza geçtik . Yaklaşık 1 saat sonra odamızdaki sabit telefonla arandık. İşletmenin sahibi olduğunu düşündüğümüz arkadaş bana aracımın yerini değiştirmem gerektiğini başka bir misafirinin otele giriş yapacağını söyledi . Orada yanlızca 1 araçlık park yeri olduğu İçin ben değiştiremeyeceğimi sabah erken çıkacağımı söyledim. Aracımın anahtarını istedi fakat araç kiralık olduğu İçin veremeyeceğimi söyledim. Önce yumuşak bir şekilde yardımcı olmaya çalıştığını söyledi ama inan bana orada 2 araç İçin alan yok. Ben ısrarla istemediğimi söyleyince tehtitvari bir tabırla eğer biri otoparkın önüne araç koyarsa geç kalırsınız işletmemiz bu konuda sorumlu değildir diyerek üste çıkmaya çalıştı. Ben böyle bir durumla karşıtsam ve sabah uçağıma yatişemezsem sorun değil ama yaşadığım herşeyi gerekli yerlere çekinmeden yazarım dediğimde ise benimle polemiğe giremeyeceğini söyleyerek telefonu suratıma kapattı. Sonuç olarak sabah uyanıp penceremden baktığımda aracımın arkasında bir araç vardı. Ama neyseki hiç bir yere geç kalmadım ben inince aracı oradan kaldırmışlardı. Sonuç olarak sizi tercih eden insanlara bu şekilde davranmanız hiç etik değil çünkü orada olan herkes sizin misafiriniz olmalı ve eşit standartlarda olmalı. Ayrıca da şunu belirtmeden edemeyeceğim son kaldığımız odanın yerleri temizlenmemişti.

Loved it here. Very clean and friendly beautiful surroundings I noticed travel PCR Tests can be arranged here. Don’t look elsewhere the people here are lovely. The restaurant is very nice and has a delicious menu my husband really liked the chef and the food. The main centrum is within walking distance and beautiful views nearby ❤️

Hotel is good for its price category. The aggressions of a rather weak Swedish breakfast table and a small number of rosetates were compensated by the responsiveness of the hotel staff. The maid always greeted and at the request carried out cleaning in the room, changed the towels, soap, etc. Among the staff, Kadyr was very helpful, especially in matters that are not part of his duties and competence in particular. For example, he helped to buy tickets for the plane, bus, despite the commission and other difficulties, and at the time of the eviction, kindly offered to help with the luggage - offered to take us. Understanding that we were so over-use of his kindness we refused and went to stop the bus, but soon on the car we were caught by the owner of the hotel and offered to take us (probably at the request of Kadyra). Separately, the boy from the servant and the second bearded/shaved who, despite the ignorance of foreign languages at any time of the day, tried to help and cook milk for coffee, cut the pine. Also a beautiful small market on Thursdays next to the hotel added positive. The hotel rooms are comfortable, they are allowed to smoke. There is a small swimming pool on the hotel territory. In general, the hotel has left positive impressions thanks to very friendly, responsive and cheerful staff.

DENEYİM VE YORUMUM: Kolay adres, güler yüzlü , yardımsever, personel tarafından karşılanmak, detaylı ve yararlı bir infodan sonra oda yerleşimi fevkalade hoş. Oda tümüyle temiz ve bakımlı, hizmete sunulan eşyalar ve diğer buklet malzemeleri Temiz, yeni ve kullanışlı. Kaleiçinin tüm hareketliliğine rağmen Otel ve odalar genel olarak sessiz ve sakin. Bu otelde uzun süreli kalmayı planladım. Bu arada açık büfe kahvaltının verildiği ”teras” denize nazır, mükemmel bir manzaraya sahip ” tablo gibi”. Kat görevlilerinin içten hizmet takdimi takdire şayan. Arabamı güvenli bir şekilde park ettim. Burada bir otelden istenilenlerin fazlası var gibi. Tavsiye etmemek haksızlık olur diye düşündüm.

The service of the younger brother with earrings at the front desk was particularly good. There is a swimming pool in the hotel, and my son was happy to play inside. We went to check in at more than nine o'clock in the morning, not only did it, but also allowed us to eat breakfast.

Plus points - lovely welcoming staff who are attentive to all your needs, nice roof terrace with lovely views, varied breakfast plate, located right in the heart of the old town. Negatives - the room, the photos are very deceiving, the number of steps up and down.

My wife & I had a wonderful week at The Hotel Frankfurt in mid-May. This was our 1st visit to the Turkish coast & we're very grateful to hotel manager Mustafa & Katerina, who prepared breakfast, for making our stay so pleasant, they were both very welcoming & helpful. This is a simple, slightly old fashioned hotel in the centre of the old town, 5 minutes walk from the harbour, local parks & sights, so it's ideally situated for wandering around the old & new towns. There are lots of local restaurants & bars nearby, with cuisine to suit all tastes, all very good value. Many restaurants have live musicians, which we enjoyed, but as the hotel is in a central location, we could hear the music & passing pedestrians talking after we'd gone to bed. The solution? Earplugs. We always take them away, in case of local noise & we used them all week at the Hotel Frankfurt. Our room was at the front overlooking the street, rear facing rooms are probably quieter. Buffet breakfast was simple, but good, mostly cold, but warm boiled or scrambled eggs. Rooms are simply furnished, but more than adequate, the hotel benefits from a variety of outside spaces, as well as a small courtyard swimming pool with sun-loungers. We will return to Kaleici & to Hotel Frankfurt.
