I’ve been this hotel 4 times but won’t stay ever again soon as I was about to check in there was no confirmation even though I had a voucher waited over a hr to find my details then I upgraded to all inclusive at extra cost 2 days in to my embarrassment I service staff came running out to the pool saying I wasn’t all inclusive and marched me to reception to her horror they staff told her there was a mistake again really disappointing stay

We stayed here for 4 nights in August, which I assumed was crowded due to the busy travel season. Also being in the city centre the hotel seemed to attract a lot of work travellers than tourists. What we liked - Comfortable large rooms - Taxis available on push of a button at the hotel - Very well maintained property and hotel amenities What we did not like as much 1. Food: The breakfasts had a decent spread but was among the mediocre ones we in all our stay at Turkey. It was a pure buffet system with no eggs to order (or at least no one asking you for it). We also ordered room service one day for dinner (not very expensive) and definitely better than breakfast. However, the San Sebastián cheesecake was a pass. 2.Laundry services - the most annoying part of our experience. Our second batch of laundry of wet clothes remained unattended to for 3 days despite several repeated reminders to house keeping and reception. It was almost shameful considering the number of times we had to follow up and still find no help. Overall while it was a comfortable stay and property is located in city centre (away from the old town tourist buzz), I am tempted to knock off more for the laundry experience - however that would be unfair considering the otherwise decent experience we had here.

We have stayed 4 nights in total in a circuit. The design of the rooms in the middle of the mezzanine with a glass lift is original but the disappointment comes from the more than sad decoration of the room: brown tones to kaki, dark wood, rather aging and from another era. The bathroom is functional but our wasn't clean: traces on the door, dirty floor, gross mirror cut off and in the room the refrigerator doesn't cool. For the restaurant, the buffets are correct when there are planned groups ( a large group of Asians for two days so a buffet at dinner and breakfast very rich and varied but on the 3rd day when they were left, One meat in sauce offered with rice and white beans, defreshed inlet salads (it was the few remains ) and one dessert : parts of cake ( the oranges were in addition ). We make a 3-star rating thanks to the buffets of the first two days but otherwise it would be much less ... In Turkey you will have the choice of other 5-star real hotels !

Отель не предупреждает что ночью шумно, даже не приносит извинений после первой ночи- будто так и должно быть... реальность , которую скрывает, тк хочет заработать деньги. А нормальный клиент к нему не вернется. Не понимаю, как такой высокий рейтинг возможен. Кстати уборка весьма посредственная, уставшее постельное белье с катышками, грязь от прошлых постояльцев на кафеле, чайник с хлопьями налета. И это лучший номер в отеле. Номер очень маленький, прямо тесный. Очень жаль, что остановились именно тут. 100-200 метров в любую сторону и будет значительно тише.

The location is excellent, the old town, Hadrian’s Gate and the harbour are within walking distance. The public living room on the second floor of the hotel is very beautiful, but the room size is small and the room is also poorly soundproof. The front desk encountered during the stay will help to move the luggage. On the second day of check-out, I changed the other front desk to be not active enough. We looked at our hard work and moved the luggage down the stairs.

Excellent hotel, settled ahead of time, there was always cleaning, no questions or problems arose in anything. Once flowed only hot water in the room, but it was a massive problem that was eliminated in just 10 minutes. I really liked the place, in the future I would prefer to stay in this hotel to many others

I would highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for an authentic turkish experience. From the traditional decor to the turkish music played each evening. As to the breakfast you will not find any ”full english” here as they serve a fabulous turkish breakfast with chai. The hotel is situated in the old town, within easy walking distance of the harbour. It is close to Bar Street with the bars and nightclubs however as we had a room overlooking the internal courtyard we did not find this an issue. I imagine those rooms overlooking the street to the rear would be quite noisy though.

Absolutely brilliant. We stayed at Ottoman suite. We felt like royalty. Lovely place. Great staff very welcoming. Pool lush. Breakfast tasty. If you want a city center feel with bazars and replica tshirts turn right. If you want authentic feel, marina and supermarket (bottle of wine and nibbles) turn left. We visited bazars and then went for food! Absolutely would return.

The hotel is located in the old town of Kaleić, very close to the sea, Rome port, 10 minutes walk from Hadrian's Gate. The hotel is on the second floor, the first floor is a bar, it will be noisy late at night, there are many supermarkets in the surrounding business district, and there are many restaurants. The hotel has no elevator, no free breakfast, and there is a restaurant on the first floor to eat. The bed in the room has curtains, the lockers are large, there are two public bathrooms and toilets on the second floor, the shower water is very small, and the bath is uncomfortable.
