This was our first proper family holiday with our 1 year old since covid and we loved every second of it. The Hotel is very luxurious in every way and the staff are all amazing always happy to help with a smile. They really go out of their way to make your holiday an enjoyable and comfortable one. The food and drinks were all top notch and there is something for everyone. We loved having lunch at the outside restaurant daily and the lil one enjoyed his (branded) ice cream each time we had lunch there.

This hotels is massive with at least three separate buildings and apartment buildings too. Food was ok for dinner, snack bats were good. The general repair of the hotel was low: chipping paint in lobby, bubbled up wood on reception, broken trim in room, etc. The big plus was the quiet pool for those who do not want screaming kids and loud music. Not a fan of outside of the hotels, no restaurants or cafes to speak of, just shopping, which I understand: what’s the point when everything is all inclusive. All in all a nice stay, premium alcohol was available and midnight to 3AM food.

We are here first time restaurant service good food is delicious big hotel and you can spend good time here. Animation team is great entertainment program is so nice you have so many things to do in daily program and evening programs are also super and thanks a lot to BATUHAN :)

The location is very good, three hotels have very different concepts in the same area. It is in the top 5 of the hotels I have visited. By the way, I also liked the trip application very much. We thank you.

We broke up today. The hotel is very cute. The pool garden is very clean and tidy. It's a peaceful environment. The breakfast is sufficient. Dinner could have been a little better in taste. But we were satisfied in terms of price performance. We stayed in a 1+1 room as a family. It was good in general. Air conditioner fridge was working. I can say that the WiFi connection was the best in the 5 star hotels I've ever stayed in. It was full even at the poolside. There were minor shortcomings, but it was very nice that they provided instant solutions to the problems with a phone call and completed the deficiencies. That's what counts anyway. All employees were very kind and interested. Mrs. elif and Mr. Furkan were rushing for the satisfaction of the guests. Special thanks to all of them. Some comments are very cruel. I guess they want to get 5 star hotel service and comfort for this money. Interesting.. we left satisfied. If we come to Side again, it is a place we will choose. It was a 2 year business. The biggest drawback is that the room is small, very small and very small, which is very worthless compared to this price. But the health is not bad, the door to the hotel needs to be swiped in order to enter safe. There is a big parking lot, and friends who come by car are better than the old city. It is more than ten minutes walk from the ancient city and 15 minutes walk from the temple. Especially recommended downstairs restaurant, cheap and delicious, is the coolest meal to eat these days. Perfect holiday trip from cold London! The service staff has a good attitude and is very enthusiastic. The hotel has rich food and the outdoor swimming pool is also at a constant temperature.
