Overall it's a very decent apartment hotel, just what you need for a few days near the beach. It got pretty much everything you need, although not everything is working so fine, took us 40 minutes to cook eggs on the stove cause it just doesn't go hot enough. Also the kettle takes ages to heat, which is a bit frustrating... The door in the shower was broken which flooded the bathroom, it'd be good to fix it. But again, regarding price VS quality, it's quite good. +1 for the young night receptionist who was super helpful (Saygir)

It's our first accommodation in this hotel. They have a good location and the balance of quality and the price but our recommendation is to improve their clearing service.

The location is great but the place is not clean at all, I don't recommend the please for people who look for clean rooms.

The room is not cleaned. Pieces of dust are absolutely everywhere. The pool is not cleaned. Dead wasps and leaves float in it. There is a kindergarten nearby, if you cannot stand children's screams, it is better not to choose this hotel. A road is being repaired nearby. Very dusty, dirty and noisy

Very clean, fully equipped apartment. Very close to the city and the sea. The staff is very helpful and very friendly! I will definitely come again and can only recommend it! :)

Had a fantastic time here, the owners are so nice and friendly, they can’t do enough to help and offer towels for the beach and pool if you want them. The apartment was clean and really comfy with lovely fluffy pillows. It has everything you need for a self catering apartment, it even had a washing machine.It’s close to the beach and lots of shops and restaurants. The towels and bedding were changed mid holiday which is perfectly fine as there is no need to do it daily to which for this you sign to say they can enter your apartment to do this when you check in. If you’re the type of person that requires this done every day then I’d say you need to book a five star hotel and not a self catering holiday. Would we recommend this place - absolutely. Would we go again - in a heartbeat. We loved it.

Friendly and Helpful staff! We had a big spacious room with complete kitchen wear and sofa bed, so it was nice. Room is clean it is near to the beach and restaurants and coffee shops so basically walking distance to whatever you need. It’s a family friendly place, although not very soundproof the walls.

I stayed with my family for two weeks in the hotel. The staff were super friendly and always helpful with anything we needed. The hotel was clean and provided us with the needed supplies. It’s a great location near the beach,5min walk and stores/restaurants are all nearby. Will definitely be going back when I visit again:) Thank you

Brilliant staff, very helpful and friendly. Apartments are nice and clean with everything you need. Location is perfect and all local services are near by. The Mediterranean Sea is a 3 minute walk away with a pebble beach and lots of shops and restaurants along the coast.

My family stayed at the hotel at the beginning of March 2023. We chose the hotel based on reviews on the Internet. Our expectations were met. Everything was clean and tidy. Although the room was small, it made good use of space. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay. I would especially like to note the attitude of the staff. Friendly, polite and provided the necessary assistance. It is clear that these people love their work. As King Solomon said, “There is nothing better for a man than to find joy in his work” (Ecclesiastes 3:22). We will recommend this hotel to friends. We will come again if possible.

Stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks. Pros: great location next to the Embankment (7 min walk with a child), there are supermarkets, a market, a gym. By room: We lived on the 3rd floor in a deluxe room—there was everything we needed. Staff: I liked Dayana—always ready to help—special thanks! The pool is small but cozy! In general, the reservation was made through ***********, but since we only had a card from a Russian bank, the payment did not go through - to which we were offered to transfer the prepayment through the Golden Crown (I was a little worried, but there were reviews about the hotel very good, we took a chance - we transferred and the apartments were booked for us). There are some disadvantages: The room is actually less than the stated 55 square meters (40 square meters maximum). The vacuum cleaner in the room is sealed with tape and dirt falls out of there. Regarding cleaning, the women who clean are not very friendly. It was very difficult to agree with them on the cleaning time. Well, cleaning comes superficially. Overall, we are pleased with the choice of apartments.
