Casa Maria Hotel

The hotel itself and the room are nice. They match the photos exactly. But there was almost never anyone at the reception. Although the description says 24-hour. The hardest part was getting there early in the morning. When booking, I left a comment that we were arriving in the city at 7 am and needed the ability to leave our suitcases before check-in. I received a strange automatic response that the option would be clear upon arrival. As a result, at 7 am, no one answered either the calls, or the knock on the door, or the phone. The service did not handle calls at all. Only at 8 did I get through on the phone and they told me that at 9.30 people would show up at the reception and be able to help us. At 9.30, there was no one at the reception. The door was opened by the laundrymen who were leaving and they said that the reception was open from 11. We left our suitcases and a note and went for a walk. At 11, they called me from the reception and confirmed that they had seen the suitcases... Further, over the course of 6 days, people were seen at the reception 3-4 times at different times. The room was not cleaned even once during our entire stay. We put the trash outside the door ourselves. Other than that, we liked the interiors. The bed linen was nice and clean.

We were there for one day. Everything is there for convenience. The location is great. The only pity is that we booked with breakfast, but we couldn't have breakfast, as we had to fly out early in the morning.

The facility was of very high quality. The rooms are spacious, the bed is comfortable, air conditioning, refrigerator ***et was good. Cleanliness was adequate, staff was warm and reassuring. Therefore, we received a service worth the money we paid. Thank you very much. The only drawback was that there was no safe/safe in the room or at the reception. I hope they will fix this deficiency in our next stay.

The location of the hotel is good, but the room is not marked as a basement. There is breakfast when you book the room, but it is not actually provided. I asked the store and they replied that breakfast is only available at 10:30. Is it still called breakfast so late? The clerk's service quality is not high, and the request to add a bed sheet and quilt was rejected.
