While the room wasn't large, it was beautifully designed. While the loft layout might be a little inconvenient for older guests, the children were delighted. The hotel's biggest advantage, of course, was the VIP access, but that's not all. In the early morning, the forest was covered in misty rain, the pines dripped with verdant green, and there were clusters of lovely mushrooms. I was even lucky enough to spot wild Ganoderma lucidum. In the evening, the outdoor baths, steaming from the freshly refreshed spring water, surrounded by lush pines, the sunset glow drifted, and birds chirped. Washing away fatigue with the Changbai Mountain springs was a true paradise on earth. Even in the evening, a clever little fox came to interact with tourists, begging for food and acting cute.
It wasn't just the environment that was lovely. The front desk staff, Xiao Wang, and the driver, Xiao Du, enthusiastically helped me with travel arrangements and found lost items. Customer service representative, Mr. Xu, took me on a forest adventure. And the bathhouse attendants offered to help dry my swimsuit. I'm grateful for their dedication, which made this trip to Changbai Mountain unforgettable. I hope to see you again!

The Hilton Changbaishan Hot Spring Hotel offers an amazing experience! The room was clean and tidy, with a view of the Changbai Mountain larch forest right outside the window, which was incredibly relaxing and pleasant. The hot springs were at a perfect temperature and offered a good variety. We tried the BBQ set at the Korean restaurant on the second floor; the taste was authentic, and the charcoal grilling added a wonderful aroma. The portion sizes were generous, and the service was very attentive, with immediate responses to our requests. It was incredibly satisfying to have a meal there after a hot spring soak!

I am particularly satisfied with the pleasant trip. It exceeded expectations. We traveled together with several people. Everyone praised the hotel's environment and services. The price/performance ratio is really great. I can come here often for vacation! The room is very good, the surrounding scenery is beautiful, and the service is especially good! There are high-speed rail station transfers, hot spring tickets and transfers, Tianchi VIP access and transfers, off-road vehicles, and bicycles, which are suitable for bringing children. The hotel's pickled cabbage dumplings are also delicious. Special thanks to the beautiful lady and handsome guy at the front desk for their thoughtfulness and enthusiasm. It felt so good to feel at home. I ended the trip with a full sense of happiness. I look forward to coming back next time!

Our experience at this hotel was absolutely wonderful! As two foreign girls traveling on our own, I was initially a bit nervous that things might be difficult or uncomfortable but everything exceeded our expectations.
We visited at the end of March for a weekend getaway, mainly to see the lake and explore the surrounding area. From the moment we arrived by train, the hotel staff went above and beyond meeting us at the station after we coordinated smoothly with them via WeChat. Their kindness and helpfulness made us feel completely at ease from the start.
They were always attentive to our needs and even assisted us in booking tickets for the nearby natural park, which was incredibly helpful as I wasn’t familiar with the system. We stayed in the Cozy Queen Room, which was very spacious, clean, and well laid out. It had all the amenities we needed, and the heating worked perfectly, important since it was still a bit chilly during our stay.
The hotel’s location couldn’t be better. It’s just a short walk from the main street, where you’ll find plenty of restaurants and shops. It’s also quite close to the entrance of the natural park and the reindeer park. On our first day, we walked to the reindeer park in about 30 minutes, and the walk itself was beautiful, passing by a lake with wildlife.
On our second day, we headed out early to visit the natural park, and the hotel staff kindly arranged a taxi for us since it was so early in the morning.
I truly cannot recommend this hotel enough,it was a flawless experience from beginning to end. We’re incredibly grateful to the staff for treating us with such warmth and care. I would absolutely return in the future!

Environment: Well-arranged, simple and elegant. There's a small pond outside the window surrounded by birch trees, which adds a nice touch of atmosphere.
Service: Attentive and thoughtful.
The location is quiet and not too far from Enduri, Yunding Market, and the Changbai Mountain North Scenic Area Tourist Distribution Center, which is very convenient. If you're driving, there's a private parking lot at the entrance. The hotel's location is more recommended for self-driving tourists because, although it's not far from attractions, walking can be quite tiring. The breakfast is very exquisite, and there are some unique Korean ethnic dishes, which is great. It's an excellent hotel, highly recommended!

They say you haven't really been to Changbaishan if you don't go to the hot springs, but my family's sudden visit meant a last-minute change of plans. After much careful selection, I chose Yunju.
From the moment I stepped into the lobby, there were so many pleasant surprises. The front desk staff member was not only thoughtful and attentive, but his emotional support perfectly cured my travel fatigue. The local food he recommended was absolutely spot-on, no duds there! 😌
The room exceeded all expectations! From the ambiance to the breakfast, everything hit just right! 🫶 The environment was simply divine!
The moment I opened the door, I felt instantly soothed! The wooden decor gave it a high-end feel, there wasn't a single strange smell in the room, and the bedding was so soft it felt like being wrapped in clouds ☁️! The bathroom was super clean with a separate wet and dry area, even the corners sparkled! Plus, the soundproofing is perfect for all types of sleepers; you don't have to worry about snorers at all. Even if you binge-watch shows until midnight, you won't disturb anyone – I was ecstatic! 🥳
I'm already looking forward to my next trip! Trust me, folks! Go for it with your eyes closed, you won't regret it!

The guesthouse has some outstanding features: a convenient location that's great for self-drivers (with direct access to underground parking), a rich breakfast, and incredibly enthusiastic staff – all very satisfying. The only minor drawback was the toilet design in the bathroom, which seemed a bit inconvenient to use. I hope this can be improved upon; I believe it would make the experience even better!

2. The room was spacious, and the facilities were brand new and fully functional.
3. The breakfast selection wasn't huge, but the food tasted great and felt very homemade.
If I had to pick a downside, it would be that since it's probably quite new, there was a slight smell.

GGuest UserWe travel by train from Baisan Station, take a taxi for 10 minutes, 20CHY. The resort is on the riverside. The rooms are new and clean. When you get there, you have to set the water heater to warm before taking a shower. They have a simple local breakfast. We stayed here for 2 nights. In the morning I had a sore throat and a cough. The host was very kind and helped take us to the drug store in town. In the morning we took us to rafting. In the afternoon there was a walk in the nearby Birch Forest. We returned in the morning. The host prepared a car to send us off. The host and staff were warm and very helpful. Although we cannot communicate in Chinese

Issues I faced : there is a huge taxi shortage in the city during the peak tourist season, one days even i had to walk 3.3 kilometres in - 15 degrees temperatures to reach to downtown , DIDI and T3 service works here but taxi waiting is normally 40 min to 1 hour long.
As a forigner the Hotel location was little odd for me and lots of precious time wasted in taxi waiting, breakfast location is 300 metres far from room, which was not convenient as me and family didn't want to walk in - 20 degree temperature to eat breakfast, I stayed 5 days, but only 2 days I dare to go for breakfast.
For stay this place is so good, so clean, warm. If you have your car, then no issue at all.

Facilities were generally good, but a notable oversight for a hot spring hotel was the absence of a drying rack for swimsuits. After a dip and washing your swimwear, there was nowhere convenient to hang it to dry.

A significant point of frustration arose with the hot spring policy. My booking confirmation did not explicitly state that hot spring access is limited to one entry per person per day. When I inquired, the hot spring area manager informed me this was the hotel's default rule. I found this completely unreasonable, and it severely detracted from my overall experience. Had such a crucial restriction been clearly communicated upfront during booking, guests would not have been caught off guard. I strongly recommend the hotel clearly outlines its hot spring usage guidelines.

GGuest UserThe front desk service is particularly good. They greeted us proactively and were very considerate. Check-in was also very fast. The hotel has a nice style and complete facilities. The lobby is large and glorious, the room is clean and tidy, the network is great, the bed is large, the bathroom is also very clean, the hot spring bath is also very comfortable, there are several functional pools, and the buffet also has many kinds of dishes. GGuest UserThere was a bit of hiccup at check-in, and my guess is language barrier might have contributed to it, but eventually it was sorted out, as the booking was already paid via Trip.com.
The hotel is not far from the town of Erdaobaihe and Changbaishan high speed railway station, but it's definitely NOT within a walking distance. Taxi or personal driving would have to be arranged.
The hotel is big and the lobby is so vast and spacious, but it may be the timing of my visit that is rather empty and quiet.
The room is so spacious. I especially love the bed topper; it's so comfortable. Despite the language barrier, the service is wonderful. Although I was a solo guest, they provided a full Chinese breakfast, and it has the best beef dish in China! They have a service that will take you to Changbaishan Visitor Center, north slope entrance, and you may return by taxi. Overall, despite a minor setback in the beginning, I'm impressed!
