Excellent customer service and highly recommended. Hot springs at the hotel are great with countless pools to choose from. Room was spacious and clean. Buffet dinner was good and the house beer was great. Breakfast was okay - could be improved with more options. Gym could have more equipment - only dumbbells and a few cardio machines. Overall great stay and highly recommend this hotel.
