AAngusThe hotel is nice. Dogs are allowed. The room is large and has a balcony. There is a park outside, which is very good for walking the dog. It is also very convenient and close to the river. It is very dog-friendly. I am very satisfied with the room and will stay here again in the future.

NNcyan0306The apartment-style setup was a real treat, with a kitchenette that made it easy to prepare snacks and meals. The space was bright and comfortable, which felt like a home away from home. Being so close to the airport was a huge plus, and it was also easy to get into Frankfurt city center for some sightseeing. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. This place is ideal for anyone looking for comfort and convenience while traveling!

AAnonymous UserThe check in process was kind of long, considering no other guest is queuing. The receptionist staff was not professional, no smile, no welcoming. However i heard from my other colleague told us that the morning she check in with a lady receptionist that is very warming and helpful, even have one packet of coffee beans for room to make coffee (not accor platinum or gold member), so when we request from the guy again, and told us that we are all not entitled and need to purchase. So as a guest, we felt different treatment from different staff. The room is ok, clean, but middle of evening with burnt smell from the air conditioning, complained to reception, came in to check, after that the smell gradually gone away after 2-3 hours. overall stay was decent with tram just in front the hotel. Nearby to the frankfurt exhibition hall.

KKanako TakayamaAs other guests write, some proceedings are required to get access to the room. You have to send an e-mail to the hotel so that you receive two access codes. The first is for the building, and the second is for the room area. In order to get into your room, you have to enter the first code, and if it is confirmed, enter the second code. From the second time, you only need to enter the second code to get into the room. Since I was not able to download the manual, I asked another guest on the same floor how to enter the room. The room as such was excellent and convenient in its location near a supermarket and the S-Bahn train station.

It's auto check-in..you must do check-in and set room key-card by yourself on the touch screen..this is yet convenience when I forgot and left my key card in my room..I can set a new one by my self promptly at the front desk. About amenity..there are a bottle of 3 in 1 shampoo hand-soap baht-gel..and I didn't notice I thought it was hand soap. There was no drinking-water in a bottle in the room but there was a coffee-maker machine in the lobby. You can make a cup of hot cappucino for free. By overview..I do appreciate this accomodation.

It’s basically an apartment that can easily fit a small family for a 4-7days trip.
Reception was extremely helpful and always a smile on his face.
Restaurant is not big but offered me a wide selection of foods for breakfast

WHICH HOTEL NOTED AT FRONT DOOR AND SPENT MORE 20 MINTUES
TO FINISH SELF CHECK-IN. IT WAS VERY BAD EXPERIENCE FOR ME BECAUSE IT WAS COOL AND DARK
