Beach Park Resort - Acqua Reviews

The first night there was a lack of power and we slept very poorly because of the heat, and I also found the meals very simple and without many attractions, even the sports courts are outside the resort, that is, a smaller resort with fewer options than the condominium where I live. , for the price they charge the structure is not worth it.

Great hotel

Very familiar hotel and good in terms of service, cleaning and meals. Great for those who want to enjoy the Beach Park water park. But far from everything else, and to the airport the transfer has to be scheduled within 72 hours.

Very good, the hotel is worth it

Check in: 2nd in line. Over 45’ to complete check in. Pre-check in done the day before. You can imagine the wait time without pre-check in. If you arrive by car or van, count 10’ extra just to get in the hotel. Our taxi driver was mad! Attention, park tickets are not included anymore. You stay for 7 days. Only two options, 2 or 10 days tickets. Overall staff very kind but also consider having extra patience… it takes very long You need to pay a small fee for the tool towels… who would need them in a beach resort, right? As a conclusion, don’t expect too much, quite mid-class hotel instead. Be careful with the extras not for the value it self but for the unexpected surprises

The hotel is cozy and fun, with great meals, clean rooms and lots of relaxation and fun. the beaches are clean and quiet, and the hotel is really next to the beach park, making it possible to access the park by float, through the hotel's swimming pool.

This resort is amazing. Staff if very friendly, facilities are clean, accomodating to guests' needs, impeccable service. My father is a diabetic and needed sugar free items. My mom was on a liquid diet and they alloswed her to have coffee at the breakfast (all inclusive) with us.

Aquiraz is a great location, near most beaches. The resort is great, service and staff are amazing. I highly recommend it. The food is great, breakfast buffet could have more diet food options. The towel service should not be at the front desk where people are checking in and the receptionists are busy. At times, we had to wait for a while just to get a pool towel.

Experience the beach and resort features, activities around here is phenomenal. Food is highlight both morning breakfast and dinner (no need to go anywhere for food). Taxi available to go other part of the city. Friendly staff and whatapp customer service to help answer all your booking services (ask anything you will get an answer). I book thru them SPA went couple of time BUS come to resort location back and forth. Even it is untimed, they arrange taxi for you to get dropped. One additional I would say you want something provide your resort card they scan them to go your account and pay at the end when you leave resort (no need to swipe to pay). Eg: Dinner table you need coconut or some other extra's Or SPA massage any resort facility you might be entertain. Lovely place to stay and visit ! if you beach goer ! Dunes, slides, water park around you here.

I come to this place every year and i have to come a conclusion where this resort is overall very nice and very well structured. The kids club monitors are very kind and they even dedicate their own lives to things like going to Beach Park and spending time with me. The monitors are personally, the best part about this resort. However, a flaw that I saw that could be fixed, is the wifi. Not only is the wifi not strong enough to reach building Aracati, it barely can even get to the kids club. Maybe putting a few routers in the different buildings would be good idea? However, regardless with or without this minor change, I personally think this is the best hotel I have been to in my life, and Acqua is better than Wellness, Oceani, and Suites combined. I want to thank everyone for the experience I've had here, and I will for sure come again.

Beach Park is an exíelent resort to enjoy. The food is awesome and service is outstanding. Henrique was waiter. He is dedicated, charming and profissional. The master chef Luciano is wonderful. Everything I tried is delicious. All the staff people are well trained.

I adored Aunt Olivia, Morango, Jazmine and Pocahontas. I really liked the hotel. The Kids Club is very good to entertain children of all ages. The food is very good, the music is very good, especially a girl from the Kids Club.This is Aunt Olivia.She welcomed us in a way that no other teacher did.For me she is very important. The park is very fun, I like the games with a lot of adrenaline and the Beach Park has it. Conclusion I love everything.❤️‍🩹❤️‍🩹
