The room was delayed by an hour, we got it at 15.00 instead of 13.30 as we were told and during the wait, they didn't offer us anything and they didn't even apologize. Simply unacceptable... when it came time to give the room the response of the reception to our complaints was that this happens in all hotels and that no one takes the room on time. In addition to this during our 3 night stay the maid entered the room 2 times without knocking while we were inside. Shame because it looked like a good hotel I wouldn't recommend it mainly because of the bad attitude towards customer complaints.
