I used it because the timing of the transfer at the border did not match. Some staff couldn't communicate in English, but they tried to communicate using web translation, which was helpful. The room didn't have a window, but it was clean and spacious enough. The problem is that there is no elevator on the upper floors, but if you register on LINE and ask the front desk, they will carry it for you.
