Quarto bem pequeno, com banheiro e local do chuveiro minúsculos, não há ventilação e não é confortável para pessoas com sobrepeso pessoas ou claustrofobia.

Realizei a reserva com antecedência, entrei em contato com o hotel avisando que chegaríamos tarde, para manterem a reserva e, ao chegarmos agora no hotel, fomos comunicados do cancelamento da reserva, pois o hotel estava lotado! Estávamos exaustos, viajando desde o dia anterior e o funcionário da recepção simplesmente disse que foi um erro no sistema, que não tinha o que ser feito e começou a atender outras pessoas! Atendimento pessimos, com funcionário debochado, que disse que poderia me fornecer um “listinha” de hotéis. Era 23:30 e ficamos procurando hotel, quase todos estão lotados… acabamos tendo que gastar o dobro do que gastaríamos, por um erro do hotel!
