As fotos devem ser de muitos anos atrás. A única vantagem é a localização e a vista de ser linda, porém de conforto não tem nada. A pousada está praticamente abandonada e precisa de uma boa reforma em tudo. As escadas estão em péssimas condições e sem acessibilidade, o gramado está largado, redes rasgadas, brinquedos das áreas externas estão caindo aos pedaços, a espreguiçadeira da área da piscina está encardida, o balanço só serve para foto, pois está quebrado e não dá para sentar, a todos os assentos das áreas comuns sujos, travesseiros ruins, quarto com sujeira na janela, pinturas desbotadas. Enfim, a pousada precisa de uma boa reforma para ficar bom. Não voltarei mais!

The day we entered the room, I noticed that the room had not been cleaned on the day we stayed, the bed linen had not been changed on the day of arrival, the bag containing the toilet paper was full of dust, a sign that it had not been cleaned either. placed on the day, the bathroom did not smell clean, we only had towels when we went to reception to ask if they were available, this was on the second day of accommodation. Breakfast is already late at 8:00 am, and even so it was served 30 minutes late, on Sunday, the last day of our stay, it was worse, the delay was 1 hour, because they had to take photos, but for me it wasn't served beforehand for the guests, because I had to start the coffee with the day use staff so as not to finish things before they arrived, the quality was very poor, no replacement, when we talk about accommodation, we always think about cleanliness and breakfast , they can't take it from here. Services that are advertised on the page and were available to use, we were only informed during our stay that it was offered per season. The cleanliness in general left a lot to be desired, the pool was dirty, the day we entered there was even a cockroach in the pool, and the same one was there on Sunday too, the bottom was full of dust, impossible to get into on our first day. of accommodation, maintenance only took place the following day and even then it wasn't one of the best. The place has everything to be wonderful, the location is perfect, but it is a place where I would not recommend it to anyone and neither I nor my family will return.

I am pleased to evaluate this guesthouse which, in its essence of simplicity and good service, enchanted us. Upon arrival, we were very well received and the spirit of the place was clear, which was to serve us in the best way possible. From reception to the restaurant, the staff are extremely polite and competent and the view from the place completes paradise. Clean lagoon, pleasant pool, kayaks, stand up pedal, tours and other things to provide guests with an excellent stay.

Everything very clean and organized, beautiful view of the lake, wonderful breakfast, warm and very friendly reception, simple but comfortable room, I recommend it to anyone who wants peace, relaxation and a good meal while also exercising with kayaks on the lagoon.
