Muito mais para pousada do que para hotel, fomos através de um convênio e utilizariamos duas diárias de segunda à quarta, e infelizmente, foram dias de tempo fechado e chuva. Primeiro lugar nos colocaram no quarto andar, sem elevador e com duas crianças pequenas, não há área kids, ou seja, com chuva não há nada apara fazer a não ser ficar no quarto, o salão de jogos em situação muito ruim de limpeza e manutenção. O café da manhã só tinha pão e bolos com cara de velhos, no restante, pouquíssima variedade. E, para completar, no segundo dia, com a chuva, o nosso quarto teve goteira, pedimos algo para secar, nos entregaram um pano de chão podre e, para melhorar, ainda faltou luz por 1h mais ou menos. O ponto mais positivo foi a simpatia e prontidão dos funcionários, de resto, não voltaria...

Quarto com cheiro de esgoto (acordei 2 noites por causa do mau-cheiro e quase não dormi de novo), paredes sujas, quarto muito mal conservado (frigobar caindo aos pedaços, peças do banheiro muito velhas, interruptores falhando, ar condicionado de janela, que faz o maior barulho). Um dia faltou água no meu quarto para tomar banho, e o recepcionista me emprestou um quarto para esse fim, mas foi um quarto sujo, do qual tinha acabado de sair hóspedes, tudo sujo. Só salva mesmo é o café da manhã, que tem frutas e ovos mexidos para salvar este lugar. Devido a isso eu dei nota 2. Os funcionários são legais, e como sabemos, a situação do hotel mal-conservado não é culpa deles.
