Overall, the experience at Villa Raphael was great. Pros: Staff, Service, Cleanliness, Ferradura Beach Location, Breakfast. You can tell they put continual effort into painting and maintenance. Cons: Although we stayed in a ”Super Luxury” accommodation (room #11), we were surprised they do not have washcloths and there really isn't a space to hang towels | robe, other than inside the shower which we tried, and they got wet. We would have liked to have a chair in the room because other than the bed, there was no place to sit in the room or the balcony. If you go out from the hotel, you have to ring a bell to be let in which can be a little inconvenient depending on how dark it is or how late it is (note: in August, it is dark by 6pm). Given the proximity to the beach, I understand using plastic for trash cans, soap dish, etc. However, they were a little flimsy and cheesy.

Procurava por um hotel bem localizado para não precisar usar o carro para deslocamentos dentro da cidade de Búzios. Acabei escolhendo o Selina Búzios por estar praticamente dentro da Rua de Pedras e com fácil acesso a restaurantes e praias da região. O quarto é extremamente espaçoso e a cama muito confortável. O ar condicionado deu conta do amplo quarto e o chuveiro a gás funcionou muito bem, assim como todo o restante. Fomos muito bem atendidos, especialmente no restaurante. A única coisa que deixou a desejar foi o serviço de quarto que passava em horários totalmente aleatórios (em plena alta temporada) e não realizou a troca de toalhas a cada três dias conforme constava nas regras gerais. Precisei no mesmo dia solicitar por duas vezes na recepção o serviço que não ocorreu. Acabou que eu mesmo peguei as toalhas novas e realizei a troca. A localização é realmente privilegiada. Poucos passos de ótimos restaurantes e da parte badalada de Búzios. Para ir as praias optei por não tirar o carro da garagem e utilizar o serviço de uber e barco táxi. Estacionamentos na região ultrapassam os R$50, por isso da minha escolha. A piscina é bem grande e esteve limpa por todo o período em que estivemos hospedados. O fundo é pintado e em vários trechos a tinta está descolando. O melhor seria se fosse de azulejo. É uma parte muito interessante do hotel com muitas cadeiras e locais para passar o tempo no entorno. Na alta temporada de Janeiro, paguei um valor de R$400 a diária incluindo acomodação e estacionamento. Optei por não pegar o café da manhã, há muitos bons locais oferecendo o serviço e gastava em torno de R$25 para duas pessoas. Acho que valeu a pena a escolha do hotel considerando os preços praticados nos hotéis da região na alta temporada.

We had a wonderful stay at Casas Brancas! The hotel is stunning with amazing views over the water, especially at sunset. It's in a fantastic location so you can easily walk down to the main town. All of the staff are lovely, especially Gabriel who was very nice and attentive. The whole front office team were very helpful and most speak English, which was so helpful for us coming from Australia and not being able to speak Portugese or Spanish. We would definitely recommend staying here, and look to return someday in the future!

Great location and beautiful grounds. Service good overall. A few services issues at times - slow response times or having to ask for request more than once. Overall stay was a good experience though.

The hotel is incredible,it only sinned in two items that were not in the room, mirrors and place to leave the beach clothes to dry,in the lack of sun everything is in the bathroom without place to hang the parts.And essential mirror in the room and had no.But finally. The rest of the hotel was very wonderful.

Já é a nossa quinta ou sexta vez na pousada e é o nosso lugar seguro em Búzios. Algumas coisas devem ser consideradas antes de fazerem uma avaliação negativa. Primeiro: ela é alta, sim. Mas isso te dá privacidade e uma vista perfeita nas suítes superiores. O acesso inferior te economiza tempo e te deixa a literalmente 10 minutos da Rua das Pedras. Escadas: Sim, tem muitas. Mas é porque a pousada respeitou os declives do terreno e foi construída pensando na preservação e melhor uso da propriedade. Dito isso, o café da manhã é fenomenal, os funcionários sempre muito simpáticos e solícitos e a infra estrutura muito boa. Trocaram as cortinas por box temperado, tem ventilador de teto (de qualidade) + ar condicionado. Se você chegar cedo demais, tem banheiros na recepção e espaços para você descansar enquanto aguarda o check-in. Ficamos 7 dias e por fim nos sentíamos em casa até mesmo com os funcionários que foram todos muito gentis (das meninas da cozinha + recepção [Naná, Alda, Janete e Alzira] até a gerência com o Nelson e o rapaz que cuidava da infra estrutura do jardim. Tem vários pontos de Wi-fi (piscina, recepção, jardim), além de parcerias recentes que soam muito interessantes. Enquanto estávamos lá estavam reformando o deck da piscina e acrescentaram um pequeno ombrelone de palha com cadeiras próximo à piscina. As luminárias são de muito bom gosto e sempre tem um cafezinho te esperando na recepção dia ou noite. A recepção literalmente fica aberta 24h e a pousada é muito segura contando com cofre nos quartos e várias câmeras de segurança. Os donos estão ali, ajudando a servir o café da manhã e disponíveis para algum imprevisto, mas na nossa viagem tudo seguiu perfeito. Somos fãs da pousada, ficamos sempre nela por 5 vezes seguidas na suíte com vista para o mar e essa paz não tem preço. Fica pertinho da praia João Fernandes e dá pra ir andando às praias: Armação, Canto*, Ossos, Azeda, Azedinha, João Fernandes, Fernandinho, Foca*, Forno* e Brava* Para comer barato, fujam das ruas principais, vejam o restaurante em frente a rodoviária ou nas ruas adjacentes. *se você tiver disposição a andar por cerca de meia hora mais ou menos.

My wife and I hosted 2x in the hotel, and when it was part of the Best Western hotel line, the hotel was new, the spectacular location, a dream of hotel.
