The hotel is the usual budget hotel. Cleanliness, decoration, air-condition and comfort in rooms were all good. Breakfast was average. It's 10 minutes walking to downtown Trabzon. The real plus thing that I would encourage anyone to book this hotel for is the helpful staff. Selenay is just amazing. She helped us from the beginning in booking and advised us with better rooms to suit our big number (10 family members). She did a great job organizing our daily trips (3 days in a row - 1st one to Uzungol, 2nd to Zigana / Hamiskoy / Sumela Monastery & the 3rd to Rize). The thing I'm most grateful to her for is that I forgot some valuable stuff in the room and found out after returning to Egypt. She did her best to send me my belongings by mail and it worked out after several trials. I'm very thankful to her.

On the right, you can go to Gevahir Shopping Complex by taxi 10 minutes, and to the north, Forum Shopping Complex, 15 minutes by taxi. Upon entering the hotel, you will find a beautiful and spacious reception hall with beautiful decor. I always like it when the general manager is successful, he knows how to manage the hotel, follows up on the customer's needs himself, the cleanliness of the entire hotel, and receives the customer and asks him about his needs and the extent of comfort. The reception manager is wonderful and all the staff are wonderful, beautiful elegance, smiling, speaking English. I used the restaurant. They have a varied menu of food, it was delicious, and the way of cooking is really wonderful ,The dinner they have is delicious. hotel rooms; Wonderful, full-service, clean, spacious bathroom. I consider this hotel to be 5 stars. It should be chosen when visiting Trabzon. I thank the general manager and all the hotel staff for their hospitality and comfort, and I thank the people of Turkey (Trabzon) for their hospitality and generosity to me in their beautiful country.

I stayed at this hotel during the Christmas period with the family and I. Unfortunately, we were stolen (a sum) on the last day of staying at the hotel while we were at breakfast. The hygiene officer who had a Master entry card for all the rooms went into the room three times in two minutes and stole the money. Of course, this is what the surveillance cameras showed me and I saw it myself, knowing that on the day of the hotel, there was no cleaning of the room. The police were called, but unfortunately, we didn't benefit, although there was evidence that showed everything, and that you needed to go to a police center to complain, and the police translator advised not to go what we didn't benefit, he told us and mosquitoed our God. I advise everyone, especially I'm most hotel guests, Arabs, cautiously, and not leaving anything in the rooms. Specifically, the stealer is the cleaning officer, who has a card for all rooms.
