The room, and the entire hotel, are in need of renovation and lacking in love. Both mattresses were saggy, the remote control was disgustingly sticky and the lights flickered. The shower head was falling apart, there was no bath mat and the night lights didn't work. Last but not least, the so-called "extensive breakfast buffet" was very poor and of questionable quality. If the price had been right, more points could have been given. But it's too expensive for such poor quality.
