Nice but noisy
The proximity of hotel to train tracks (not just tracks but a crossing, requiring train horn signaling) is problematic. More insulation in rooms/windows could help. Or please warn potential customers to bring ear plugs.

Room was dirty! Very Rude staff! Breakfast hideous. This was the worst Quality Inn we have ever stayed. We intended to spend the entire several day stay at this hotel but but moved to the Hamption Inn in Ashland for balance of our visit in the area. Which, was very nice clean and had a friendly staff.

I booked this room for me and my family (2 adults 1 toddler) we kept to ourselves and was treated awful. Our room was skipped for cleaning, we went without clean towels and toilet paper, and even manager told no one even stayed in our room. We paid for Friday-Friday on a Monday I was asked to leave my room so it could be cleaned then was called back to be yelled over spots on a towel. (They needed washed that's it) I was accused of what others did when staying at the hotel. I stuck up for myself and simply got more disrespected and treated even worse because I was kicked out with only minutes to leave. 817 dollars paid for rude unacceptable treatment not to mention non refundable I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!!!
