It’s a 2 sided coin with this hotel, some positives and some negatives in all areas. Location is very close to the Nile river and train station which is convenient but the balcony of our hotel room looked out on some garbage tipping sights that were always crazy busy with construction, wild dogs barking, and Islamic prayers blaring from speakers until the early hours. The service at reception was okay depending on who was there at the time and they did organise the trip to Abu Simbel on a day’s notice. The wifi never worked but the room was clean and comfortable enough. Overall, not bad price for the room - reconsider using if you have trouble sleeping with loud noises or need wifi.

Too much noise through the whole night. I can't sleep the whole night. I asked to change a quiet room, I was told it is impossible.

The rooms are narrow, at the time of accommodation, one of the two booked rooms was not ready, and after awhile it was replaced with a very narrow room, and the price difference was not addressed, or even the late check-out was offered for free, but a fee was taken for the late check-out. Breakfast is below average. The hotel does not represent value for the price.

I felt that the hotel was worth the price. I didn't feel that the cleanliness of the sheets or the room was very good. When I asked a female staff member about trains, she kindly responded. It was near the souk, so I felt it was a good location to see the souk. We also had a nice view of the Nile from the hallway.

The location of the hotel is very good. It is very close to the Aswan Bazaar and there are many restaurants nearby. The hotel service staff were also very nice, although I had to wait in the lobby for a while when there was a power outage. But the price-performance ratio is not high. The most expensive but smallest hotel in Egypt I stayed in was said to have a Nile view, but in fact I could only see a small area, and it was blocked by other buildings on the left and right.

Very bad experience. I arrived in Aswan very late and very tired. When I checked in at the front desk, I was told that I had to pay in US dollars. However, when I ordered with Ctrip, it showed that I had to pay in Egyptian pounds at the store. The front desk said it was theirs. According to the rules, a man who looked like a foreman even took out a mobile phone to show me the status of their reservations. Later, I met an Egyptian tour guide who could speak Chinese. I thought he could help us communicate, but he asked me what the difference was between paying in US dollars and Egyptian pounds. What's the difference that you don't know? Don’t you know what’s going on in your own country? Why do Egyptians pay Egyptian pounds when staying in hotels, while foreigners pay US dollars? Fortunately, I contacted Ctrip to handle it properly. The funniest thing is that the free mineral water here is only provided for one day. No matter how many days you stay, it is only available on the first day. Ask the front desk and they said this is the rule. It is really weird! There is also a bath. There is only enough space for one person to stand. It is very small. The bath water is very small and it is hot and cold. It is not comfortable at all. In short, don’t stay here. There is nothing good about it!

The bath water was sometimes cold and sometimes hot, the bath towel was too hard to use, the sheets were yellow and pilled, and my face was itchy when I slept on the pillow. Only the air conditioner was normal. It was said that Egyptian dollars could be used in the store, but it turned out that only US dollars could be used. Six hundred yuan is a bit ridiculous.

It's close to the river, and you can walk to the train station and the market. There are many places to eat by the river, but the room is too small, it's difficult to turn around in the toilet, and the shower leaks. If you only stay for one night, you can choose here

The room was nice and the service was good, but the balcony door had zero sound insulation.

Everything was beautiful in the end! I thought it was wonderful that the reception was kind and even Japanese people could easily do it. I would like to use it again. If you think the horn is a greeting, your frustration will disappear!

The hotel is located in the center, 2 minutes walk from the bazaar. As soon as we arrived at the reception we were greeted with some fresh drinks. The staff was very friendly and always attentive. The room was small and very old but a comfortable mattress and pillow.

When we went to Abu Simbel temple, we were provided with a lunch box.

I stayed at this hotel for two days. In short, it is convenient to go anywhere, and the hotel can report a car to the Abu Simbel Temple, but it is recommended to go early, because there are quite a lot of people who sign up.

Hotel prices are very fair. The location is close to the Nile. The laundry service is great!
