The front desk was super speechless. We checked out 30 minutes late and kept collecting our luggage. We told him that we must charge 75 dollars. It was the first time I saw such a speechless person. The whole hotel was surrounded by homeless people. It was much worse than the Hilton we chose before. Don't stay here

The staff at this hotel are beyond fabulous. From to front door,to the front desk, to the wait staff they were all so kind and helpful as I was delayed in Atlanta and trying to fix a passport issue to catch up to my children overseas.

I very nice property. If you need to get an urgent passport this is definitely the place to stay. It is adjacent to the Georgia Passport Agency. They park your car ( valet and overnight parking was 55.00. )
You can get a late checkout ( 1 pm) which is perfect - they will store your luggage until you pick up your passport (. Between 2:30-3:30). I got in line at 1 pm - was first in line first out.
Absolutely worry free.
Hotel personnel were kind, helpful and professional,
Seen minute walk to the Georgia Aquarium and more,

Ice machine did not work on 3rd floor; had to go to 4th floor for ice. In room coffee was nasty. No fridge in room.
Breakfast options were very good. Hostist in the morning was very nice, bright and inviting. I do recommend staying there.

Valet and check in was smooth. Hotel has a 2 elevator system which is annoying. Room is spacious though ours looked into a parking garage. Bathroom was very nice. Most disappointing was no in room refrigerator and the TV didn’t work. For this price this was disappointing to say the least. We called and they promised to send someone but no one ever showed. Check out the picture. Considerate I guess?
