I’m a local here in Atlantic beach, and stayed on property for a staycation. This boutique style hotel is perfect for a little get away. Right in the heart of AB, you can walk to the town center and go get your favorite bite to eat and cocktails. The staff is always so kind and friendly. Your rooms are perfect with local touches like PeterBrooke chocolate covered popcorn, and checkered beach towels for your walk down to the shore. I will always highly recommend Hotel Palms.

The staff are extremely friendly. The hotel rooms are clean and spacious.
I was a bit disappointed that the desk closed before 6p. I needed ice and was not able to get any. Also, the person rooming with me did not have a parking pass. We had to call to inform them about her car so it would not get towed.
All in all it was a great experience. We had left some things in the room and they held them for us until we could pick them up.

This may as well be our home away from home! Everything is always perfect and leaves you feeling like you cannot wait to plan the next trip back. There’s not a single negative. From the staff to the room to the food and beach within walking distance…it’s a perfect place to get away.

This is the second time we have stayed at the Palms Hotel and love it. Built in 1947, it has been completely renovated and updated. The beds are exceptionally comfortable, and the staff goes Out of their way to ensure you have everything you need or want to make your stay exceptional. The location is walking distance to restaurants, bars, shops and the BEACH. Recommend it highly, you would enjoy it.

Nothing in Jacksonville could compare to this neighborhood gem! 3-night stay in the suite, which was similar to apartment. LOVED that the large bathroom was located between sofa bed/living area and back bedroom with privacy doors on each end. The sofa bed was far and away the most comfortable I’ve ever used - pillow top design. Half a block off the main drag made all the difference - Town Center is absolutely great with not a single tacky souvenir shop in sight - great dining options - do NOT miss croissants and coffee at La Petite Paris half a block away!
