Our stay was great. The staff was very nice,friendly and attentive. The breakfast was good hot. The room as well as other area of the hotel was very clean. I would recommend the hotel.

Service was excellent; room very clean, food great. 
We were very well taken care of and can't wait to go back.
This is our second trip gonna book our third soon...

I booked a room a few hours before I arrived via hotels.com. I called ahead to make sure the pool was open before we booked the room and was told that it was definitely open. The room was listed as pet friendly on hotels.com. When we arrived with our very small dog, we were rudely told that no pets were allowed. I showed the reception staff that it was listed as pet friendly on the app. I then asked for a refund, which, of course, they could not do. They were so rude about it. Because we were traveling in our small RV with a generator, we decided to keep the dog in the RV overnight and stay in the room. I said to the receptionist, ”Ok. We will just stay here and swim and relax for the night.” She then told me ”Oh, the pool is closed because of the coronavirus.” I was FURIOUS. I told her I had called and spoken with her an hour prior and she flat out lied to my face and said she told me that the pool was closed.     30 seconds later, a man came into the lobby and clearly said ”You are out of dry towels at the pool.”    I went across the street to the Hampton Inn and they were just lovely.    I travel a lot and have never before experienced this level of rudeness.
