The staff that work at the Audubon, PA location are some of the rudest people I have ever met. I will never stay here again. They were rude to me. I heard one of the staff arguing with another guest. It is truly a disgrace. Hilton should be ashamed.

I'm a Hilton Rewards and I stayed at this hotel 7/31 - 7/2/2024. Problems experienced during my stay 1) no soap in shower or in room at all, 2) no syrup during breakfast for waffles 3) watered down juice 4) on pork meats on breakfast bar (please add some non-pork meats to the breakfast bar), and only one waffle maker on the breakfast. There were hotel guests who went to local grocer and purchased their own bottles of syrup to go with waffles while other guests purchased their own breakfast sandwiches to share with guests. This was one of the worst experiences ever at any hotel stay. Unfortunately, I've gotten different versions of the problems ranging from prior hotel GM left inadvertently without replenishing any supplies and supply truck driver left got sick and there was no one to deliver the supplies. Maybe the truth lies somewhere in the middle of these two but in any case Hilton has to do better. Signed Long-time Hilton Rewards Member

This Homewood Suites does not meet the standrds in most Homewood Suites. The coffee is cheap and dreadful...really really cheap tasting. The breakfast fare is sparse and cheap. There are no toiletries in the bathroom except un-secured pump bottles that previous guests can access and mess with. The pillows smelled bad. We checked in around 7 pm after a long day and didn't realize how low the standards here are until we had checked in. I actually left the breakfst setup to find a decent cup of coffee nearby and was delighted with Valerio Coffee, a cafe that is a 1 minute easy drive from the hotel. Never had to do that before from any Hilton; we are Honors members and loyal to the brand, rarely unhappy with Hilton sites.

The assistant manager is very disgruntle to guest. The assistant manager has no problem solving skills and no real world experience is guest services. She made our stay a nightmare. From keeping out of order rooms in inventory and poor communication with departments. We did not get anything repaired during our stay after several talks with her. The rooms are run down and outdated the least you can do is be nice to guest for goodness sakes!

We have stayed in multiple Hilton properties and Homewood Suites. This hotel is dated and the rooms need to be refurbished. The sink in room 227 was cracked, the garbage can was rusted and the water dripped in the shower/tub. In addition, the furniture in the living space was well beyond its useful life. Breakfast was also sub-par. The breakfast had the typical waffle maker and bread but was lacking in pastries, yogurts and fruit.

We stayed 1 Monday night. Arriving late, 8:30ish, we weren’t able to use the app, but check in was easy. We were given snacks, water and hard candies. I’m reviewing Room 210. Room was stocked well with kitchen supplies. Oddly, we only had one small trash can. The room across the hall had 3 small cans out for housekeeping to refresh. The carpets needs replaced. The fire alarm went off at 11:45pm. Most guests appeared to ignore it, while others were confused where to go. We were cleared to return to our room as soon as we got to the lobby. Breakfast was ok.

Just stayed here 2 nights for convention at Greater Philly Expo Center. Great place, staff, & value. The room was very nice & quiet. Having a kitchen was very helpful when business traveling. Convenient location to convention center. Plenty of good food choices nearby. Highly recommend.

I remember staying at this hotel years ago and gave it a rave review. Talk about a fall from grace... how far its come from back then. First of all, if you are a Hilton Honors member, don't expect any special treatment... no Diamond parking spots, no snack bag (other than water - but not offered if you don't ask) and no upgraded room. And then there's the room. Although our two queen room was large, it was VERY TIRED. The carpet was worn, the curtains were torn and the mattress was lumpy. And then there was the shower. The shower/toilet was separated from the sink with no ventilation. From the moment I walked in, my eyes literally burned from the smell of mold/mildew. Luckily, I was able to close the door when not in use. I mentioned this to the desk clerk upon check-out (and she appreciated my feedback), so I'm hoping that they've since figured out how to fix the problem. But, in the meantime, avoid staying in Rm. 121. On the plus side... it was very quiet, which led to a great night's sleep, and the friendly woman who made sure that the breakfast bar was clean and well stocked, did a great job! Based on its high ratings, a lot of people clearly like this hotel, so I'm hoping that my situation was unique and that you have a great stay.

Room was fair, sofa was worn, loud and sagging. Breakfast was horrible, would have preferred a $10 credit per person to walk over to McDonalds or ChickFilA. Waffles completely stuck to waffle iron no matter how much oil was sprayed…. the mixture was either too thin or just not properly prepared. Multiple complaints from multiple guests, another waffle iron was tried because there were so many crumbs and stuck/burnt batter, but same poor results. Other items were completely nasty. Processed/microwave egg portions and almost white sausage links. Bagels and muffins were still cold when served at 9am, toaster was broken.

Not worth the little bit of savings in comparison to the next door hotel. The hotel is in dire need of renovation, carpets are old, decor is antiquated, staff is slothful. Why bother coming to a hotel of this lower caliber only to save $10. I reported a crowd of individuals coming to the pool who were obviously not customers of the hotel. Management could care less. I’ve written about he warning and review. You decide if it’s worth your $10.

Overall this Homewood was good. This property is showing its age though and is probably due for a renovation soon. Food service was good with an ice Wednesday night reception. Chicken breasts with Mac/cheese along with beer and wine. It’s pretty close to Valley Forge National Park. Staff was nice at the desk and at the morning breakfast.

The location was convenient to restaurants and local attractions without being right next to the highway. Overall, the room and common areas were clean and spacious enough for our needs. The only complaint was with the breakfast. When they say it is done at 9:00, it is gone by 9:00 and not much is done to re-stock any of the food choices in the last hour. Waffles only on weekends is a drawback that should be easy to fix.

50 pound door easy. No way to hold it open. Manager was willing to try to bring my husband in to the room, which most managers are not. But if you are in a wheelchair, a super heavy door with no way to hold it open is not wheelchair accessible. Asked the parking lot attendant for a bar I could take my husband to, he suggested a place in the wrong direction. Breakfast was great and the attendant there was awesome. Dishes in our room were disgustingly filthy, I took them back to the front desk or I would show a pic. Missing glasses and cutlery. Not worth the $300/night we spent. But limited options in a wheelchair. Manager was awesome but not enough to correct a negative experience.

I chose this hotel rather than the adjacent Hilton Tru bc of the EV charging station. The non-tesla charger is not working with no signs indicating that and the Tesla charging plug prongs have no plastic insulator such that I was afraid it would short my car. They told me to go up to the Hilton Garden Inn to charge, but their Tesla charger is also missing plastic around the prongs and only charged at a reduced rate. Plus I couldn't leave my car there all night and walk 3 miles back to Homewood Suites! Hotel staff is unaware of the problem. Breakfast was not out at 7 AM as promised, and one of the hotel staff, who claimed she was just late was a lie as the prior evening she was front desk staff and said she would be back at 7 AM. You can't have breakfast out at 7 AM if you show up at 7 AM. The room was quiet and bed was comfortable, but there were crumbs on the carpet and the dishwasher had a foul odor when opened.

Homewood Suites comes thru again. We stayed at one in DE on the way to OCMD and decide to try the one in Audubon PA for our quick getaway to Philly/King of Prussia. Booked a one bedroom suite with 2 queen beds. Room was Super Spacious with a full kitchen, living room with couch and chair, tv in both living room and bedroom. Bedroom had lots of room for our items and beds were not too bad. Will stay again when we head that way in the future.
Response from Property: Thank you for the compliments! We are so pleased you enjoyed your stay with us. Our suites are perfect to spread out and relax in whether it is for one night or 30 nights! We look forward to welcoming you back next time.
