The hotel is in a small city with the most beautiful trip this time. The whole city only needs to be walked. You can enjoy the rich ancient architecture scenery around, and friendly customs. Good restaurants are all around. There are few bars and very lively, everywhere. It is a beautiful view, the air is particularly good, and the moonlight is beautiful at night. The hotel is a 400-year-old building. A small hotel is directly built and connected. It also has many years of history. I like these poplars, pine trees, etc., looking at the inner garden. It’s also very comfortable, and I also feel why the French can read a book on a sun lounger and drink a cup of coffee. It’s a day. When it comes to the beautiful breakfast environment, looking at the landscape through the glass, it is also a European-style breakfast. The quality is also available. , The room is very special, first is a cloakroom and toilet, and then into a bathroom, the bed and a sofa, the sofa is English style, very comfortable, the terrace is a glass door, there are windows separated by adjustable size switch, Very satisfied, come again if you have a chance, I will also recommend this hotel

I stayed at the Avignon Grand Hotel with my partner from 12 to 16 September 22 there were however a number of short comings. The first of these was that the room we had been provided with was infested with mosquitoes - we had discovered this in the middle of the night after hearing the typical mosquito sounds and in the morning we had noticed we had numerous mosquito bites on our bodies. I had complained to the hotel front desk, the staff however appeared dismissive, my fundamental point to them was that the room should have been properly disinfected of the insects prior to making it available to customers. Secondly, breakfast in the hotel was of the bare minimum, in terms of hot cooked food , only bacon and scrambled eggs were available, the latter was of poor quality and almost resembled a paste as the eggs were cooked in far too much cream and milk.Cereal, bread, croissants, yogurt and some fruit were also available. No hot water was available in the hotel in the morning of the 16 September 22. Lastly, all the TV channels were in French, not even one channel was available in English. We had booked this hotel on the understanding it was of 4 stars, given however the shortcomings above together with the standard and quality that were below customer expectations it is difficult to see how the 4 star rating and price being charged was justified.

We stayed at the hotel for 1 night on the way down to the south of France. It's too bad that it was only for 1 night :-). Very new , nice and well maintained hotel. We were greeted to a nice room upgrade on our arrival. We had dinner at the restaurant which was good and my eldest son had room service which was equally good. It was too cold to enjoy the swimming pool. They have a nice indoor garage. It was a really nice stay and it will be for sure on my list for a future stay in the area.

The location is spot-on - very close to the centre of town. The reception area is stylish and our receptionist was courteous and welcoming. Our room was on the 3rd floor (dogs friendly lift) and pristine. The housekeeping in this Apart'Hotel is faultless. Kitchen and bathroom areas were spotless, it was very spacious and extremely comfortable. Secure parking is available opposite at 12 Euros per 24 hours, but worth it to be so close to our room - and parking is difficult in Avignon. I would highly recommend this wonderful Apart'Hotel and look forward to returning.

It is hard to use for meals because there is a trash collection box below the terrace (outside the hotel area). The inn with the kitchen in Avignon seems to have a regular shape, such as tableware and water fields, and it is comfortable everywhere. It was clean and nice here. It was a blind spot that I didn't leave my luggage after checking out. Be careful because the receptionist is not open outside the time.

We had an amazing weekend at the Chateau. The rooms, landscaping, impeccable service and facilities made us escape the world for a weekend and feel fully transported into a southern French dream. There is plenty to do in the nearby towns to keep us busy. Lots of great food options that were recommended. Complements to the Radford family and the staff for an amazing stay.
This superb 19th century building a former marquis chateau is located near Avignon. It stands proudly looking over the Chateauneuf-du-Pape vineyards. A gastronomic delight where you can taste inventive cuisine in a sophisticating setting with dining rooms or on the terrace next to the new swimming pool enjoying panoramic views when the weather is fine. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed offering exceptional views of the Alpilles le Palais des Papes and Mont Ventoux. Very pleasant library. This is a splendid hotel ideal for discovering the flavours of the South.

We celebrated my wifes 50th birthday at the Château des Fines Roches. The chateau is just amazing! Really beautiful and special with just amazing surroundings. To open the room window in the morning and look over the valley is really nice. The staff is excellent and service minded. Whatever we needed help with, or the preparation, some things I've ordered in advance for the birthday was just perfect. They even made sure the sommelier experience worked with our dates, although the initial response was that the dates didn't match. Just perfect customer service! We also had dinner which was an excellent experience as well. BIG thank you to everyone that helped us during our stay. A happy memory for life and you really made my wifes 50th birthday special!

Excellent
GGuest UserThe staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and modern. The restaurant was a plus. The room was fine, except the internet had really slow connection. Did not like sharing a room when there was a bathroom with no sink (how do you watch your hands when your roommate is in the shower area?). The shower area had only a curtain - so no sound protection. Could not get the room cold enough even with the lowest setting for temperature and the fan on high. We were both too hot.
JJojoEverything is very good at the hotel, the decoration and sanitary conditions are not bad, but there are big problems at the front desk of the hotel. Not all front desk staff, but a thin middle-aged man on duty between 10pm and 11pm at the front desk was very rude. When he returned to the hotel at about 10pm on January 7, 2022, he found the door closed and rang the bell, but there was no one at the front desk. So I pressed the bell a few times, and after a while the tall, middle-aged man on duty came to the door and yelled at me as a customer, then argued with me and accused me of ringing the bell as a customer almost woke the hotel (After telling another front desk staffer the next day, the staff said the ringing was displayed on the phone with the front desk and staff, and strangely, the staff member didn't hear me through the phone while ringing last night Wait a minute, so I rang the bell a few more times). I was uncomfortable expressing the staff's attitude and the yelling seemed to be treating a madman, who replied, ”Yes, it's treating a madman.” In summary, it is not so simple to ring the bell. The professional accomplishment of the staff, and the waiting for people to receive things, obviously do not meet the needs of the hotel staff, and the face of different guests obviously feel racial discrimination, have complained, Waiting for a response from the hotel. Think twice about booking this hotel, and meeting the thin high school man can be extremely uncomfortable.
GGuest UserThis was my second time to stay at Hotel Boquier in beautiful Avignon. It is a charming boutique hotel in an old building located about a five-minute walk from the train station in one direction and also an easy to walk to all of the main sites. I chose to stay there a second time because Frederic and the staff are so kind, attentive, and meticulous. They are very helpful and take wonderful care of you. The rooms are kept clean and well maintained, and the breakfast room is well-stocked and provides a pleasant, cozy place to eat in the morning. I also love their house cats in the lobby and the pleasant conversations each day. I highly recommend the Hotel Boquier.
GGuest UserNot the best experience for us. The room was small , had two small pillows and 1 bath towel and one hand towel for two guests. The resption was very good and further pillows were promised . Fast forward an hour , change of staff , no pillows now available , they are full ! Certainly did not seem so. Addityional towels the following day were no issue. The pool was nice , though not heated , the evening meal was good as was the service. Breakfast also was good and plentiful. However important detail not mentioned when we booked , or advertised in hotel was that the restaurant was closed on the Sunday night. Food of sorts was available. Shame it could have scored a lot better
SSHENGXINThis hotel is very nice, with a separate yard, very quiet. Not far from the central station and the Palais des Papes, but also with a kitchen, you can eat it yourself. If you check in later than 7pm, the hotel will send you an email in the afternoon to inform you of the check-in method. It is very detailed. If the check-out time is earlier than the hotel front desk, please put the room card in the room and close the door. . The only bad thing is that there are no slippers. Take it with you. The hotel has its own car park, but it is estimated that it must be booked in advance, not much location.
Llf1017The hotel is in a very good location, very close to the Broken Bridge and the Royal Palace. When you check in, you must park your car in the temporary position and then drive into the parking lot. Don't forget to ask the hotel for a parking discount.
ZZICHENDid not eat hotel breakfast, because the location of the hotel is very good, there are many places to eat at the door, the hotel is not far from the place where the food stalls are similar, the taste is very good and lively, very close to the palace, the hotel front desk staff is particularly enthusiastic I also take the initiative to introduce what is fun and recommend where to visit. Hotel facilities are a bit simpler.
GGuest UserI’m not a snob but I’d like to think there’s a minimum level of cleanliness every hotel should provide regardless of the price. Well this Ibis Budget defied all expectations…in the worst way possible. Never have I felt so dirty staying at a hotel. The walls and floors were covered in a bizarre sticky residue. The bathroom was covered in water stains and the toilet paper was oddly crispy. Not to mention the mice scurrying around the courtyard during breakfast. As for the positives, at least the staff were nice.
FFantexinannanThis ibis is on the edge of the city, and the window can see the ancient city wall, so it is very convenient to enter and exit the city, without shuttle in the crowded city. There is a parking space next to the hotel, free from 19 to 9 o'clock. There is a very large supermarket nearby, the price is not cheap, you can also refuel, the price is very cheap. You can also park the car there, but remember that you can't put anything in the car. The clerk was very warm, very friendly and explained very clearly. The hotel has a Chinese leaflet, and it is very efficient to follow Yang Dao to play around the surrounding towns.
GGuest UserGood morning to you who read these lines. With regard to this establishment, I would say that with regard to its host and friendly part, it is a good one. Indeed, the staff, whether at the telephone or at the reception, is pleasant and warm. In the first place, the room was very well prepared and the room was very well prepared. The shower flexes are not quite well filled with water, but in its animation part we have not been disappointed! In the beginning of the evening, we are participating in the re-distribution of a tele-hack with the neighbours of the next room. Finally, you must tell you that I'm wrong, and you'd have right. In the second small part of the night, at 1:00 a.m., fire alarm. Chouette, I who wanted to live a lively stay rich in emotions, I was served. L'évacuation est donc donnée mais mince, pas d'animateur présent à l'extérieur et aucun participant ne souhaite participer à cet événement. After several minutes without news, and different calls to the reception, we learn that the keys of the alarm were unfindable, what happiness. The hotel is a very nice hotel, and it is a very nice hotel. How many events this evening, I suppose, remain of a very exceptional nature.
