Great visit! Margaret, Dawit, Yonas, all the servers were amazing! Breakfast buffet was full of variety.
They even had a birthday surprise with cake for my husband!

We had a wonderful stay at the Haile Resort. The room was beautiful and the location was superbly great. The meals each day were really good as well. The service was exemplary. The manager was approachable and always keen on ensuring we had a good stay. Nistuh, from customer relations, was also very welcoming. We would certainly stay there again next time we are in Hawassa.

The staffs are amazing and the food is great. You all should keep up the great work. But I find the curtains a bit dark and old fashioned so it would be great if you manage to change the colouring of the bed rooms to something bright and modern which will be appealing to everyone.

Just as in the Other Haile Hotels, Haile resort Hawassa didn't disappoint. The staff were very attentive, the food was amazing, the lake view is Fantastic! The meeting halls are very tidy and well ventilated. A very peaceful and serene resort. I will definitely bring my family here to enjoy very soon .... As I was here for a work conference. Bravo team Haile Hawassa. Keep up the great work you are doing.

The staff is extremely kind and the service is very good. The personnel is helpful to accomodate the guests' requests. The rooms are clean and cozy. The food from the restaurant Is of high quality and there Is sufficient choice. The view of the lake is stunning. Highly recommended.

Très beau cadre et personnel au petit soin des clients, très poli (trop poli qu’il faut répondre à chaque fois et un peu embettant car ils ne reconnaissent pas les invités et les hebergés de l’hôtel même avec badges. Les activités n’ont pas été présentées à temps qu’on a manqué la visite en bateau.
