Nice hotel. Booked room with the see view, but got room towards the pool - this has been fixed the day after, though after some arguing. Nice breakfast with some specialties another day. Clean and comfortable. Walking distance to the beach.

For a week-long holiday, the hotel was a good choice for semi-budget travel. The hotel is cozy, and the rooms serve their purpose well for a vacation. The air conditioning in the rooms was a wonderful feature, though all noise from the hallway can be heard in the rooms. Daily room cleaning was provided, including fresh towels. The breakfast was excellent, and the coffee perfect. A gluten-free diner could easily fill up at breakfast. The pool area was pleasant and peaceful, with shade in the evening and plenty of sun during the late morning and afternoon, with shaded areas also available. The staff was absolutely lovely and friendly. The hotel is located on a hill overlooking the town. The beach is very close and easily accessible. The hotel is in a quiet area, but there is a bit of a walk to the nearest restaurants.

We came on holiday to Cyprus and stayed at the Marina Hotel, a very clean hotel, very friendly staff, the breakfast was excellent, there was everything ... sweet and savory. The dinner was also excellent, what can I say ... I had a great time. We will return.

We stayed at Marina hotel during our weekend stay in Ayia Napa, the room was clean and spacious, breakfast was very good. Although it seems far from Ayia Napa center it is walkable about 10 min. The pool area is ok although we did not stay there because we always go to the beaches of the island

Well exposed, view of the ocean. But decor a little outdated and restaurant not good and very touristy. This hotel is mainly for families with young children, not for couples. We were on the 4th floor, which kept us away from the noise a little, but just a little.

Situated on the crest of the hilltop past a number of hotels in the local area, the Marina has an enviable location in the Ayia Napa district. Overall this hotel is a solid and dependable option and is well worth the trip. There’s a large, spacious lobby with comfortable seating areas, a games/play-room, a fitness room, restaurant with wrap-around terrace, outdoor pool and tennis courts to the side. There’s a good buffet breakfast with plenty of options and lunches/dinners are also available from the restaurant. I had dinner here at Christmas (arriving on Christmas Eve and leaving on Boxing Day). The decor in the rooms is looking rather tired, however, this is an ‘old school’ three star hotel that delivers where it counts. My room at the front of the hotel was on the top floor with panoramic sea views, which made for phenomenal sun-rise/sun-set vistas. The sculpture park (located directly opposite the entrance) is excellent with views from the side of the hotel and free entry, should you decide to visit. The beach is a short walk away (downhill) and the location to downtown is walkable. Bus services depart in both directions from just outside the hotel and go all over the locality (even on Christmas Day and New Years Day). At the time of writing the hotel has been appointed as a state accommodation provider to refugees and asylum seekers from Ukraine. If that isn’t worthy of anybody’s support then I don’t know what is. Best wishes to staff and residents at the Marina Hotel and thanks for the memories ;-).

I requested a room away from lifts/stairways for peace away from other guests and they gave me the perfect room- if you'd shown me the whole hotel and given me an unlimited choice I'd have gone for 403, the one I got! The room had a spectacular panoramic sea view over 180 degrees, was a very pleasant place to relax. The decor is a bit dated and tired but - and this is a big bonus- the bed was actually a double bed rather than two singles slid together which has become commonplace. The pool was pretty decent, the buffet breakfast was OK.

The sun chairs is not you see at this pic, they where terrible, breakfast was ok, dinner buffet they have some very good dishes and bad ones, but at pool you don’t get what you see at pictures in here it’s was most that the just cast the food on the plait. The bad sheets was very nice, but the bath towel is to lite and very used time to change. The cleaning of the room is very poor we have spillde Somme coffe on the floor after2 days we needed to ask them to mopped wet the floor The bed was terrible they are very old and hard The staff was nice, but sometimes I want to get may breakfast to eat up at my room and they want explanation why I got my food to the room. If someone was sick… Location is good, but the hotel needs a big update

The hotel is located very well, on the outskirts of the city and at the same time close to the center. Nearby there is a stop, which is very convenient, by bus you can get to the water park, to the amusement park, to the famous beaches in Protaras. The hotel is located on a hill. who cares, then from the sea you will go uphill, but not for long, 5-7 minutes. The beach is very close, across the road. I stayed for a week in October 2021, despite the end of the season - the load was 80 percent. My room was overlooking the pool and the sea, clean and spacious. But on the balconies there are nuances, not very convenient partitions, as if they don’t exist at all, but this is not in all rooms, you need to clarify. The food is quite decent and corresponds to the category of the hotel. The territory is small and very green. In general, the hotel left a pleasant impression, I will recommend it.
