The hotel is very deserving of it's 4 stars. The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, had ample storage space and were exactly as they are in the photos. The staff were friendly and approachable. Breakfast was a full English, served at the table rather than buffet style. Veggie option was fried eggs, hash browns, beans and the bread basket contained white and brown slices, white buns, seeded brown buns, croissants and came with cheese slices and either watermelon slices or apples. Hot and cold drinks and cereals were available for self service. The dining area it self was a perfect mix of indoor and outdoor dining with its canopy roof and open access towards the pool. I thought it was a lovely touch that the hotel left a bottle of water for us each day. All the outdoor areas were well maintained and the apricot tree (full of fruit) was simply stunning. The hotel has a very large swimming pool and plenty of sun loungers. All in all, it was a fantastic break and i would highly recommend this hotel to everyone, my son stayed here previously and brought us down, we have had a very comfortable stay and will be returning very soon.

Sarah and Kristina have just spent a weeks holiday at Hotel Nissi Beach Famagusta, Cyprus. We had sea view rooms and the view of the beautiful beach was fabulous. We used the Spa everyday and had lots of treatments which made us feel good. George one of the managers helped me with my room. Many thanks to Kaliopi and Adriani in the Spa for their excellent massages and all the treatments we had, they were of a high standard. Also had my haircut and dyed in the salon, in the hotel. Bopi was very professional and easy to talk too. I was delighted with my hair, would highly recommend. Thank you to Georgia our housekeeper,who was always so helpful, with a smile on her face. Nothing was a problem, she kept our rooms very clean. Also thank you to Eleni who was always so happy to help us whilst having our meals in the Taverna on the beach. Also to Vasilli and Georgia in the bar by the outside pool. You all made our holiday, most enjoyable. Thank you all, we would highly recommend this Hotel, with no concerns.

I chose this hotel because I was looking for something in Nissi Bay that had self catering facilities. (not that I do any cooking) Our ”bungalow” was actually a first floor apartment located just across the road from the main building. The nearest shop is about a minutes walk away and was still open when we arrived at 1am which was very handy for a cold bottle of wine to drink whilst unpacking! The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The hotel itself is not fancy but it is very nice. Breakfast was ok, but as with most buffet food it is just not hot enough. The pool area is really nice with lots of sunbeds. Food and drinks from the bar were good and reasonably priced. You do need to take your own beach/pool towels as these are not provided. The position of the hotel is great and for us this was the perfect choice, we like to eat out and there are lots of restaurants from the door step all the way down to the harbour. This hotel is perfect for couples and for families and good value for money.

Rooms were comfy , clean , spacious. Pillows lovey as was the mattress. Reception was efficient Not very spacious but kept very clean. Only used main pool once it's freezing. All areas clean. Indoor pool was not much warmer. Sun beds comfy and parasols. Beach very clean and so soft, the sea was a turquoise blue. Beds on beach were chargeable. Pool bar staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. No brand drinks unless you for them. Entertainment team around pool were also great . Our only negative would be music , they didn't have anything on except whilst keep fit was on. Restaurant staff were all lovely and polite. FOOD was good and the best chips ever on ALL inclusive. Lovely carved meats , fresh salads , pasta etc. different soups but we only liked vegetable soup. Special mention to MONICA IN the Restaurant such a lovely lady. Taking time to have little natter , thank you from NICKY AND JILL 💓 Ayia Napa town centre is a twenty minutes taxi drive away. Entertainment can't comment on we didn't go. A lot of families with babies , toddlers and slightly older children at this hotel.
