Place is quite good, on the lake.
Reception acceptable.
Room seems quite nice, but not good maintenence.
Air condition to heat is not enough, as the room was quite cold.
I paid 2 breakfast, but after the first day that I received a paper bag with a sort of take-away breakfast, I cancelled the breakfast for the day after, which they accept.
I sent several emails with no response to ask the remburse for the 2nd breakfast that I never received.

Hotel is niet af, behalve koffie/thee/water nog niets verkrijgbaar, douche verstopt, bedden fijn, kamer erg klein. Kan een mooi plekje worden, maar ik had het nog niet geopend

Fijn knus boutique hotel met leuke accenten van Van Gogh en andere Nederlandse kunstenaars! Scheelde me een bezoek naar het museum ;) ideale ligging tussen de luchthaven en de stad, ik kom zeker terug! Tip: probeer hun heerlijke ontbijt, leuke gastvrouw!

Some reviews are hilarious. It's normal for hotels to authorise a credit card, don't blame others when you chose to travel unprepared yourself lol. Either way, cozy room & competent staff. Small suggestion: extra pillows would be nice! I will definitely come back with my family this summer.
