Horrible treatment. The front desk agent does not reply in time which will get you in problems. Then they will charge you a full price for a service they don’t offer. Careful not to fall for this! Once arrived at the airport then they will pretend to try and help, but you’ll already be spending the same amount you would anywhere. Spend it rather at Ibis or another one, but never this location.

Por el precio cumple las expectativas, aunque creo que las fotos de la página no se corresponden con el hotel. El parking es pequeño y si llegas después de las 19 es posible que no tengas sitio. Habitación interior sin ventana ( ya lo sabía al reservar) de buen tamaño y baño bueno. Desayuno tipo picnic que lo puedes pedir para comer en la habitación. Por el precio 10€ está bien, bebida caliente, croissant, magdalena, zumo, yogurt, bollito de pan y algo de fiambre, mermelada, mantequilla.
Hay que tener cuidado con la tasa del ayuntamiento creo que me cobraron de más pagué por el desayuno y la tasa 22,50€ me pareció caro.
Exigen un depósito en la tarjeta de 100€ que reembolsan después del check out.
No aceptarán pago en efectivo

Cute place but watch the stairs
Maria at the front desk was excellent! She helped a few Texans navigate Amsterdam. She helped us order food and was kind, considerate and entertaining. She deserves a raise!

The hotel that you arrive to is about as far from what you book as is possible to be. Instead of a fancy glass building, you arrive at what best can be described as a normal, rather run down, house. From there things went downhill. I was put up in a windowless room underground. This is not really an issue, if it wasn't for the fact that the room was horribly cold and humid to a point when condensation was running on the walls (as I entered the room).
Had it not been for the fact that I only stayed one night I would have required to have my money refunded - this hotel is not a hotel, it is a fraud.

Wir verlebten wundervolle vier Tage hier. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und das Personal ausgesprochen freundlich! Schönes sauberes Zimmer, toller Service, Lage einfach perfekt für alle Unternehmungen in Amsterdam. Kurzum: gerne komme ich wieder hierher, und kann dieses Hotel aus vollem Herzen empfehlen!

Wij verbleven hier 5 nachten in augustus en ons verblijf was uitstekend! Personeel is zeer aangenaam en neemt ook echt de tijd voor je. Het hotel is net 1 jaar geopend en alles is gerenoveerd en nieuw. De kamers waren zeer schoon en modern, maar niet heel ruim (typisch Amsterdams). Het ontbijt is gemiddeld, maar ok voor de prijs. De gratis parkeergelegenheid was voor ons echt ideaal. Met de auto ben je binnen 10 minuten in de binnenstad. Ik begrijp überhaupt niet waarom je bij andere hotels moet betalen voor je auto als je hotelgast bent. Het hotel heeft geen spa of restaurant faciliteiten, maar de prijs kwaliteit is echt heel goed. Wij zullen zeker terugkomen.

Great location directly on a canal that opens to a lake, but what a rundown, dark and dingy place. My biggest complaint was the dim lighting and lack of natural light in our room. It felt like a cave, and nowhere in the room or bathroom was good for putting on makeup due to shadows. There was a balcony but the glass door didn’t open so you couldn’t go sit out there. We had to upgrade to this room so we could be on the top floor and it definitely was not worth the extra money. We won’t be staying here again
