I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the services provided during my recent stay at your hotel. Despite booking your hotel based on positive reviews, my experience was far from satisfactory. 1. No basic amenities provided: no blankets, water, or breakfast were provided during my stay. These are basic facilities that were clearly mentioned as part of the booking. 2. Unhygienic practices: i observed that used water bottles were being refilled and resealed, which is highly unhygienic and unacceptable. 3. Unclean room: the room was not cleaned despite multiple reminders to your staff. The condition of the room was far below the standard expected of your establishment.

The room was clean but there was no pool view in balcony. And there were no light in balcony. The room service was good but blanket quality was not upto the mark

Excellent. Just next to main attraction titos and beach. New proper t clean rooms. Swimming pool staff is good but some time can not manage your request due to overbooking

the stay and the location of the hotel is good once with second yesterday the rooms were quite clean and big. Still, the only issue we faced is that the ac is not working the complaint was raised that they itself and its acting this said they will send a technician and get it done. Still, we are here since 2 days and the ac is not get working we are staying in goa without ac its too hot here it's it's difficult to stay without ac. We have already paid for the ac rooms the hotel staff does not care about the customers we have lost the complaint@ception photo five times but still no one came to solve the problem of the ac we have to suffer a lot due to heat in the rooms it was a very and pleasant stay here i think the hotel should look into the matter that no other customer should face this problems since customers come here for enjoyment and when the customers face problems to unpleasant stay at the hotels even after paying that doesn't so i request the hotel to take out this. Overall the stay was not very good it was a bad experience even though after paying so much of amount.

Pathetic and worst services by all means they don’t respond to anything rooms were very shabby and the mattress was not cleaned any requirements like coffee or tea would take more than an hour behaviour of the staff was very bad and rude ac was also not working finally we had use only one room of the 3 rooms
