I would like to thank all the staff at Pennyhill Park for a fantastic stay especially James Pettitt and Holly for looking after us so well. We arrived and couldn’t wait to go into the spa. The swimming pool and hydrotherapy pools were a lovely temperature, and it is immaculately clean. We stayed in the Lingfield suite which is a very modern room with freestanding bath and separate shower. It also has an incredible view of the spa and outdoor pool. Later that evening we dined at The Latymer restaurant. 6 courses with paired wines was a real treat and we enjoyed every second learning all about the wines and food. It is called a discovery menu so it is always a surprise at to what you are going to eat. Rest assured we slept very well but we made sure we were up for breakfast in The Hillfield restaurant and then spent the final part of the day back in the spa. If you are thinking of treating yourself to a luxury nights stay I would highly recommend Pennyhill Park.

I work in Hotels myself, so going to Pennyhill Park I already had high expectations given its reputation. However I cannot describe just incredible every single element of our two night stay was. From the moment getting checked in by Olga, to the moment we left, every single member of staff went above and beyond in every way they could. There isn’t a single element of this stay that we would find any fault. Room was incredible, crystal clean. We at in both the Latymer and the casual dining, both very different of course but both at the very top of their game. I would be one very proud GM if this was my property. Well done to everyone there for creating something truly outstanding!

I have been to Hillfield Sunday Lunch many times before. The main course used to be a buffet where you could choose a specific piece of meat, but is now a plate service. I had to ask for leg meat for the chicken. I was told by the (unprofessional) server that he had a big argument with the chef, and that I could not choose. I was presented with a small amount of dry breast chicken and fatty pork swimming in a sea of gravy which I did not ask for. I wanted pate as part of my starter but the pate was covered in cherry sauce. Why?? The rest of the main course was at best average and not hot when brought to the table. The price has increased to £65 per head plus service at 13.5%, which makes it £74 per head. This is massively overpriced and not good value for money. I will not be returning any time soon.

This was our third visit to Pennyhill and, once again, everything was fantastic. We were checked in by Amy who gave us such a warm welcome, wishing us a happy anniversary and informing us that we had been given a complimentary room upgrade. On arrival at the room there was a lovely anniversary chocolate treat and card waiting for us. Our room was Lupin. A very attractive room with a lovely bathroom. I love the fact that all the rooms are different here as it provides a different experience every stay. The spa was fabulous, as always. Our evening meal at Hillfield was very nice, as was the breakfast which I couldn't wait to get up in the morning for! Pennyhill achieves a perfect balance of 5 star service and facilities combined with a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. We can't wait to return.

Second time in Pennyhill , having a great experience again. Very well organized complex with nice rooms , excellent team and service , many offerings at the breakfast and delicious choices in the Hillfield restaurant . SPA all sections very good organized as usual. For a daily Fitness person , facility is very good equipped. Especially the dance fit lessons with Paulette and the HIIT with Dan was very good. We will go again

Comfy beds, outstanding spa facilities and delicious food - not always the easiest combination to find. Great service too. You won’t be disappointed with a stay here. Beautiful grounds too. The decor is a little out there but it adds to the unique charm of this place.

The entire hotel and area is picturesque. Walking in and having the piano playing is just beautiful. The afternoon tea was INCREDIBLE. Sandwiches were re-filled and of such quality. The pastries and cakes were delectable. Cherry Blossom tea was my favourite! Best afternoon tea I've ever had.

From making the reservation through to our time at the hotel and The Spa, we received excellent service. Each staff member was very friendly, incredibly helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The large Spa facilities are first-class: excellent relaxation areas, superb treatments and delicious food. The complex is clean, bright and the gardens are beautiful. It was a special birthday celebration and was five-star-plus treatment all the way. I am happy to give Pennyhill Park the highest recommendation.

Went to the Pennyhill Hotel for Afternoon Tea and it was absolutely fantastic. All the Staff were very friendly including Arish. The gentleman playing the piano was great and it was an amazing experience overall. The food, drinks and deserts were top quality. Hopefully we will go for Afternoon Tea again in the future, as the service was amazing.
