Best West Coast Division Spa Hotels

Big hotel compound, and the rooms, service and amenities are good and sufficient. Room furnishing may be a little dated but definitely clean. We had whatever we needed. There was a resort feel to the place and we loved the Christmas decorations. Breakfast buffet was yummy and had wide selection. There were many kids' activities that we wanted to try but didn't have time. Would highly recommend this hotel!

A wonderful stay and couldn’t be starting in a different way of saying big thanks for the staffs Danny and Ahmad that was very attentive and friendly with my family, very cheerful since the beginning of our stay till the last day, noting with stay almost 2 weeks there . Another big thanks for Agnes during breakfast, very kind and cook delicious eggs . Staffs are very customer oriented, the facilities for kids are perfect , big thanks also for the staff (girls) from cool zone , where the kids had lots of fun. Food wise no matter at breakfast , dinner or snacks around pool very delicious . Improvements I would say, get better selection of draft beer, only have tiger . And the bartenders need to improve the cocktails , special the ones that are made around the pool. Celebration of new year was top notch for all guests I think . Definitely is a come back anytime soon .

While the property and rooms could benefit from some refurbishment, the stunning beachfront location more than makes up for it. The service was commendable, with friendly and helpful staff who made the stay comfortable. If you’re seeking modern amenities, this might not be the right fit for you. However, if you appreciate a rustic getaway surrounded by mountains and the ocean, with opportunities to spot wildlife like monkeys and monitor lizards, you’re sure to enjoy your stay.

I booked the city view room, but at the end got a corner room with a view of city, sea and sunset! 🌆 Couldn’t even dreamed about better room😇 Room itself is very spacious, bed is huge and very comfortable. I booked without breakfast so can’t not say anything about it. But the hotel is really worth the money. Little downside is there a big night club in front of the hotel and even with good sound isolations you can hear some music beats But it’s mostly on weekends

Awesome service, friendly, supportive, kind and professional stuff. Fast and efficient, caring as well. Hotel is by the beach, their private part of the beach is clean and very lovely. Food is tasty, very fair price, different varieties, as well a la carte options are nice and cheap. Highly recommended. Very pleasant stay, location is perfect, activities, gym, golf, bar on the roof with awesome view, bar on the beach as well. Great stay, beds are comfortable, had a very good sleep as well. Thank you all for great experience, appreciation for all stuff members, from management, concierge, dinning stuff and receptionists - exceptional behavior and professionalism! Bravo! p.s. Lovely hotel, a little old (it opened in 1977) but you can feel it has got a lot of character. Kudos to EVIS from Bell Service, he’s a humble gentlemen who loves to engage with his guests. He assisted me with my luggage and escorted me to my room. He knows the hotel inside out and loves to share his insights. Also a shout out to MARY from front desk, she is amazing. She is multi functional with assisting me to check-in PLUS helping me with concierge matters regarding my flight ticket. Exceptional staff. Thank you for having me!

Very good but not to be confused with the rest of your services which is still needed for upgrading.

I initially stayed 2 nights January 2025, climbed Mt Kinabalu, and came back for another night. Different but similar rooms. Very comfortable bed, great shower; mini-fridge and safe also available. Restaurant served good food. A pity the Spa wasn’t open as after my mountain climb I could hardly walk and my legs and back badly needed a massage! Hamizam Bin Ismail, the Front Office Manager, was always very friendly and eager to assist wherever he could.

Wonderful customer service from the proprietor, they were helpful with local information and flexible with the room. Converted and remodelled unit in a residential/business block above the Imago shopping centre, room was compact but nicely setup with classy decor. Tea, coffee, water, and 2 x crisps provided daily. Access to two good sized outdoor pools, lots of restaurants on the street and mall plus money exchange over the road. Excellent location, main tourist attractions are a short taxi ride away.
