Excellent hotel. Excellent people. Best service. Room very spacious. Everything sparkling clean. Beautiful view from 15th floor during breakfast. Enjoyed very much our stay. We’ll stay again during our next visit to Baku

I stayed at a corner suite with incredible view of city and sea. Hotel has several restaurants, bars and a spa. One thing is missing at this hotel which is service level. Im not completely sure if its locals attitude or training but most employees need serious work to match the hotel status. Front Desk in general are the most well trained team, however I went to the main restaurant once and it was horrible from the receptionist to the working team. Another disaster team serves at Bar19. Hostess nor bartender had no clue what screw driver cocktail was and didn’t bother to even google it!!! Bar team seamed completely clueless and lost. Spa receptionist is very unprofessional she just wants you to cancel instead of selling packages! Hotel itself is iconic property but it lacks vibe and class. I hope it will only gets better next time I visit Baku.

Baku, Azerbaijan, is known as Little Dubai. It is a very beautiful city. As a large port in the Caspian Sea, the largest city and transportation hub of the Transcaucasian, it is located in the Baku oil field and is called the oil city. It is also half of the people’s mouth. The magical city of sea water, half flame. After confirming the formation of Baku, the hotel booked a lot of time to inquire about various materials, and finally decided to live in this boutique hotel in the old city. There are four hours of time difference between Baku and China. The plane has arrived at Baku Airport at 9:00 pm local time. There is no one to sign the window. It is very simple to fill in an application form. It can be completed after 20 dollars is prepared. Sign out. Very convenient and fast! There are a lot of drivers at the airport to solicit business. The hotel also offers a paid transfer fee of 30 manat. We waited at the door to get to the shuttle bus 1.3 Manat and successfully reached the 28May Square in the city center. Then the subway station was near the hotel. Hotel location is very good, facing the Maiden Tower Check-in is easy, passport is available and no additional deposit is required Our room is located at the corner of the second floor of the hotel. The room is large, the partition is clear, the entrance is the living room, the bedroom is inside, the room is very retro, the carpet is featured in the entrance living room and in front of the closet. Whether it's the lighting of the room or the textured Phnom Penh wooden home, it adds an aristocratic atmosphere to the room. Taking into account the low temperature in winter, the room is also equipped with a fireplace, which can be seen with good intentions, and the built-in fireplace has both practicality and aesthetics! I ordered a cup of coffee to wake up the wonderful day of Baku~ Always give it to you: Baku’s Old Town is a must-visit place for tourists. It is also very wise to choose a hotel in the Old Town. The nearby Caspian Sea, Flame Tower, Maiden Tower, Museum and lively commercial pedestrian street are all close by. In the distance, even the farther art center is also accessible by subway, no matter how convenient! It is also a great significance to travel to feel the strong collision between new and old in the old city!

第一次阿塞拜疆之旅，訂酒店時我真是猶豫了很久。最後還是定了離古城地鐵站很近的巴庫國際旅行社喜來登酒店。 從結論説，訂在巴庫國際旅行社喜來登酒店是正確的，性價比非常高。 1.離古城地鐵站非常近，走路10分鐘左右。到古城也是步行十幾分鍾。 酒店大門右邊有地下通道，穿過後就是海濱公園看裏海。裏海側房間和餐廳可以看到漂亮的海景，無任何遮擋，每天看着日出吃早餐，真是太幸福。 2.離地毯博物館非常近，幾百米 3.幾百米就有一個大商場，超市，買東西方便 4.這次入住還有一個小插曲，我當天辦理入住後，發現房間跟我預訂的房型有出入，就和前台反應。結果，當天剛剛有一個大的旅遊團入住沒房間了，前台的Samad先生和金髮碧眼的美女經理Elvira積極的幫我們解決問題，貼心的贈送我們點心，水果等，而且還附上了一張手寫的卡片。 從這裏可以看出，巴庫國際旅行社喜來登酒店的員工訓練有素，員工互相以及上下級之間的溝通準確，高效，給人感覺是所有員工都在共同努力提供最好的服務。而且Elvira經理還經常去餐廳檢查菜品，見到我們在用餐，馬上過來詢問有無問題，休息的如何等。我在日本二十多年，曾就業於日本的航空公司，自認為日本的服務世界一流，沒想到在阿塞拜疆的巴庫國際旅行社喜來登酒店也體驗到了不輸於日本的服務。 再説餐廳也是非常好，早餐種類豐富，菜品也經常換，每一位廚師都兢兢業業的工作，不衹是做菜，就連客人的一切都在關注，一次夾菜時，如果不小心，夾子會碰到菜品上面的照明燈，馬上兩個廚師就把菜品上方几個燈都調整了。麪包裏最推薦牛角包派類的，新烤的，酥酥脆脆的非常好吃。當然，全麥類，果仁類麪包也很好。餐廳的Murad先生還特意用中文和我們打招呼，經常過來看我們需要什麼，然後給我們端來熱熱的咖啡或茶。他們時刻在關注客人們，真心能感受到他們的熱情服務。 關於毛巾，礦泉水，拖鞋等打電話給前台，客房服務的帥哥馬上就送來了，非常快，在巴庫國際旅行社喜來登酒店住了八晚，每次都是這樣，非常好 結束了這次阿塞拜疆巴庫之旅回到了家，還要衷心感謝以美女經理Elvira為首的所有酒店員工，讓我的旅行有了很多很好的體會和新的感受。下次去阿塞拜疆巴庫還希望能入住巴庫國際旅行社喜來登酒店。再次多謝所有的工作人員。

Good environment, good service attitude and nice scenery

The hotel is surrounded by wealthy areas, very safe, the hotel has complete facilities, just bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste, and there are many types of breakfast. The overall feeling is worthy of the price. It is not convenient to eat and shop around.

Yaklaşık 45 gün boyunca kaldığım otelde herşey mükemmeldi. Adeta kendinizi evinizde hissediyorsunuz. Otel şehrin merkezinde. Yakınlarında metro , avm ,otobüs durakları gibi imkanları var. Gitmek istediğiniz yaya olarak gidebilirsiniz. Oda genişliği , temizlik , kahvaltı , çalışan arkadaşların ilgi ve alakası samimiyeti çok güzel. Herşey çok güzeldi . Samira, Mayıs, Perviz, İrfan, Kenan, Elnur, Fegan, Kemal, Emin ve adını hatırlayamadığım tüm arkadaşlar hepinize samimiyetinizden dolayı çok teşekkür ederim. Hepinizi seviyorum. Bir sonraki Bakü seyahatimde tekrar görüşmek üzere.

I don’t normally take the time to review places but considering that they market themselves as a 5 star hotel I want to make sure other people considering this hotel know what to expect at least. For context We stayed in this hotel for a week as a family (2 kids) in a connecting family room. First off when we arrived and checked in, the guy at reception said they would check our documents and to please wait in their restaurant. We ordered some drinks and waited. Meanwhile suddenly they start blasting Indian music so loud in the restaurant (it was only us and another family there) that we had to go ask them if they could please turn it back down again. I don’t know for who or why they put the music on so loud. This also happened when we ate breakfast one morning. After maybe 20 minutes we went to ask reception how check in was going and were only told that “they were checking”. We decided to go and get some late lunch since we didn’t know how long we needed to wait for them to “check” whatever they were checking. If the room wasn’t ready, it wouldn’t have been a problem if they simply said so and gave us a time frame for when it would be ready. But this was a taste of the service to come unfortunately. We had a connecting family room that had one bathroom to share. The master bedroom had only a window which was a small and by the ceiling facing out into the hallway (so no external window) which meant it was like sleeping with lights on all night as the hallway light were always on. In this case perhaps a curtain for that window would be good or installing sensor lights in the hallway so the light isn’t on unless someone is there. The rooms were SO warm and when we went to check about the air conditioning they told us it wasn’t working or they didn’t have it. (Not sure which was the correct answer) They couldn’t give us a straight answer. They told us the heating had been on the night before but that they had now switched it off and allowed for “air” instead. So whatever control you have in your room is basically useless. When we asked if they could allow for the air conditioning to be turned on they just told us they would sort it out but nothing got done. We had to sleep with the only external window open during the night so at least our kids could be more comfortable. Other important things to note - we got 2 towels for 4 people. We asked them to bring 2 more which wasn’t done. Only when we saw a cleaner outside in the hallway one evening (3 nights into our stay) did we get 2 more. - there was no cleaning the whole week. We asked for more water, asked if someone would come to at least remove the garbage and they told us they would send someone but never did. - as shown in the photos, one of the single beds was broken underneath. - several sheets/duvet covers were broken, one example shown in the photos. - there was cigarette burns on the double bed headboard despite it being a non-smoking room. We arrived on the 22 and was welcomed by ismail and checked in by shams from reception both were super nice and instantly gave us one of the best first impression any one can ask for. Our first day we had shawarma from black city and it was the best shawarma we ever had and made us go back again for the taste of it several times. Definitely recommend every one to try. We had the best service by our special favorite orkhan who was super friendly and the team made sure we get the best service. We had to just look once and literally the staff comes running to help. 10/10 for the attentiveness and details of the black city staff. We tried green house but the food is same as white city. Would have been amazing if they had a different cuisine than white city. We had the best shisha made by Hussain who was very kind but didn’t get the same smile and sweetness from the other staff in green house. Service was not bad but as we had an amazing experience from black city where all the staff are super attentive was a little down fall. We had dinner in white city and couldn’t order anything else after we tried the honey baby chicken which was absolutely delicious. We also had lunch twice in white city but the service was super slow due to lack of staff but David while we noticed it was definitely a time of rush he had done amazing while doing the service with a very energetic smile and a very positive vibe. The hotel has a beautiful steam room, sauna and a pool. I met gulshan from spa while I went for sauna who always was super attentive kind with a gorgeous smile. It is beautiful to go for a walk out side the hotel as it’s near a park with ocean views. We had met amazing locals as well as everyone we met were super kind. The hotel has beautiful garden and greenery around the property. We usually take pictures in every country we go but we fell in love with the gardens and the colours around we took pictures just out side the hotel. Lots of mini butterflies and just super pretty and beautiful colorfulness around the hotel. The rooms are spacious and if you love mirrors this would be a perfect place as the hallway to room are filled with huge mirrors. The only problem we faced was that the hotel didn’t have a eu plug and we had to take a walk to get them on the first day but other than that didn’t have any issues. Lastly was checked out by Orkhan from reception who was funny and sweet asked us about our stay and had a good last impression as well. All together a great team at marriot and definitely would recommend to stay as the hotel is beautiful with amazing facilities and to top of has amazing staff with delicious food. Personally this was the best vacation 💕

While the slightly outdated furniture and bath tub were minor considerations, they did not significantly impact the overall positive experience. I recommend Fly Inn Baku Hotel for travelers seeking a peaceful layover, offering excellent amenities such as a spa, quiet lobby areas, spacious rooms with excellent glazing to minimize runway noise, and reliable Wi-Fi for those looking to work during their stay.
