I had a business trip to this beautiful property in Baku. As far as I understood, it is newly rebranded hotel. I was staying in standard room. The room was spacious, but work desk was what I was looking for in order to work on my laptop. I contacted hotel staff and Mr. Ali Aliyev, who was on duty that day, promptly contacted me and offered me to change my room. But my room was enough comfortable for me, so we sorted out my issue by putting a chair and desk into my room. I was happy with the service and hospitality I faced, thanks to Mr. Ali and other hotel staff. Keep it up! Surely will come back again!

Yasamal
A cozy family hotel that allows you to feel all the hospitality of Baku and the bankers. Very convenient location: in the center, there are many cafes, restaurants, shops, bank and even a sports complex, but there is no tourist squat. The rooms of modern design, with fresh repair, are filled with everything necessary, including the room has coats, slippers, tea, coffee. Towels and coats of very good quality. Cleanly everywhere, rooms are cleaned daily. Everything is endured in a uniform style. Fully diverse breakfasts. A huge choice of sweets, fruits, fries and decent coffee! A separate respect for the hotel management that will come to you for help in any situation will advise the advice. And if you are assigned to drink a cup of tea at night on the respiratory, you and in this will be assisted) Recommended, you will not regret your choice))

Residing in the hotel for 5 days. The hotel is fully in line with the description. Yes, the rooms are not completely new but clean, clean daily. You can get to the center without problems by foot. It's just a short stop and metro, grocery stores are also in step-by-step availability. Previously, the reviews indicated that breakfast is scarce. I wouldn't say so. There is a lot of choice of dry fruits, tea delicious, fresh fruit, tea/coffee/sook. Staff is always ready to solve any question. I have only positive impressions about 😊 Baku is a beautiful city with beautiful people ❤️
Sapphire Inn Hotel

There are at least 4 Sapphire Hotels in Baku (Sapphire, Sapphire Inn, Sapphire City, Royal Sapphire), so it can get a little confusing. But the Sapphire Inn, where I stayed, is OK. Admittedly, it looks a lot better online than in reality, but it still has lots of good aspects. The location is excellent, easy walking to Old City, waterfront or center. I got room 314, an enormous, old-style space with rather faded beige carpet and hideous gold wallpaper - but space is good and the bed was really comfortable. My bathroom was in very good shape, clean tiles, large rainshower, good hot water and soft towels. The phone did not work and wifi in the room was weak. Breakfast was rather ”non-European”, with olives, tomatoes and cheese, but wonderful dairy (yoghurt, cream and kaymak to die for !). Some fresh juice and eggs (other than boiled) would be nice. Also, the hotel caters for large tourist groups : when they invaded the breakfast room, it was hard to find a seat and the staff struggled to keep the buffet up-to-date. I found all staff, at reception, room service and restaurant, to be super friendly.
