It was an awesome place. Very relaxing place to stay. You have to be physically fit because the stairs going down to your villa/room accomodation is very far., it was a long walk ! the customer service is not available during breakfast time. The staff are friendly and accomodating. The restaurant has additional 10% if you want room service. 100 per plate delivery charge for the breakfast voucher (room service).

This resort was amazing. The grounds are kept extremely clean. It's a wonderful drive up the highway in one of the most well kept areas of Cebu. The view from the room was incredible. The staff was very accommodating. They delivered breakfast to our room. They called in the morning to ask if we wanted breakfast before they stopped serving it. The grounds workers helped me strap my luggage to the motorcycle. The food was great. Wifi worked great and the shower had an incredible view of the mountains.Will definitely go back when in Cebu.

We ordered our food which never came. We had to leave as it took over an hour and 15mins. The service was extremely poor. We went up to ask for our meals 3 times that we ordered and we were told that the food was not ready! The views is about the only thing to appreciate. Unfortunately I will not recommend this restaurant. Also note that the tour guides will take you to this restaurant and they all get a cut.

Not usually part of the Mountain Tour. It can be a quick detour, though not much to see, except the view of the city. They have a restaurant so a good lunch spot. There is a children’s playground. You can also buy love locks at the reception area. Most surprising feature? They have a lot of jade vines, just near their parking area.

Amazing, Stunning and Beautiful place in Cebu. Lots of things to do like zip line, waterfalls, picnic. etc. Delicious authentic Filipino food. Staffs are friendly. Villas beautiful with gorgeous views.

I stayed here for 5 days. The views are incredible, the food is great, the room was excellent, the staff was generally helpful and friendly, I was also surprised how little we ended up spending on food after all that room service. Some gardens like Alejandra are walkable if you can stand the heat. There are a view things you'll need to expect though, when coming here. They don't take credit cards, so be ready to pay cash. There is no ATM anywhere nearby, Balamban may be the closest. There are no taxis on the mountain road, and the hotel can't help find you a ride. There are vans that run up and down the road intermittently but they're usually full and won't stop. If you don't want to hitchhike, plan transportation in advance. One other unavoidable thing is bugs and lizards. It's in the middle of the mountains and surrounded by jungle so this just needs to be expected. The room was clean and comfortable but they will get in, mostly ants. There was also a power outage in just our room, they weren't aware until we contacted them and they were able to restore power once they knew. A few menu items seemed consistently unavailable. Some contacts like "front desk" were not open/responsive much, but others like the restaurant would be able to help instead, it's a small and casual place with only a framework to be bigger, a bit wonky :) Again though, as a mountain retreat, it's amazing.
