The staff were exceptional, helpful in every area of our stay. Good breakfast and easy access to most sites by metro or tuk tuk. very close from Delhi airport , it was just 10 minutes approx drive from airport so one of the best option near airport, room was same as shown on site,

I had an exceptional breakfast experience at the K3 restaurant in JW Marriott Hotel, Aerocity, Delhi. Initially, I went to the breakfast area intending to have only fruits, given that it was my Ekadashi fasting day, a time when I abstain from consuming grains. However, in accordance with Vaishnava fasting traditions, I am permitted to have meals prepared with quinoa. To my pleasant surprise, Chef Sudheer Kumar approached me, eager to enhance my breakfast experience at JW Marriott. I shared with him that it was my Ekadashi fasting day and that I was only allowed to eat dishes prepared with quinoa. I then inquired if he could prepare 'Quinoa Upma' for me, a meal incorporating various vegetables, but devoid of any grains. Undeterred by my request, he assured me he would try to accommodate my dietary restriction and left to prepare my meal. Within ten minutes, he returned with a bowl of Quinoa Upma exuding a delightful aroma. The flavor was simply fabulous, far surpassing my expectations. I truly believe it was Lord Krishna's mercy ***ifesting through Chef Sudheer Kumar that made my day so special. This delightful experience was made possible by the dedicated service of Chef Sudheer Kumar and the attentive team at JW Marriott Hotel, Aerocity. For the past one and a half years, I've been staying at this hotel whenever I visit Delhi, India, and each stay has been absolutely wonderful. Interestingly, I hail from Boston and, while I appreciate the services provided by the JW Marriott establishments in the United States, I believe the uniquely personalized service I received here today is unparalleled.

Amazing we have stayed at a few but we have found good hotel in Delhi now The staff were amazing. We checked out at 11 and when we went down they extended our check out to 2 pm. The hotel is exceptionally clean. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Room was nice Loved the build of the property. Very lush & magnificent.

Location is near to metro station but there is no any shops and restaurant nearby. Breakfast is fine but dinner & lunch buffet provide indequate food variety. Price in Chinese restaurant is very expensive. Service is good and flexible to customer's request. In short, it is not perfect but good hotel. I will recommend it to friend.

The property was equipped with every appliances. It was well decorated, cosy and clean. The staff was very polite and helpful. The balcony view was a cherry on top. Literally loved the place, will visit soon!

Hotel is very clean and hygienic. close from airport so good for stopover, Specially the rooms are big and well maintained. Thanks to worker like Mr. Mandal. Staff is very dedicated and trained. They all the expert in their profession. I will recommend having a visit at for your personal or Business trip.

As a solo female traveller this was the perfect place to rest and have some quiet after 3 weeks of traveling round india. The manager and staff were polite and helpful. I stayed in the top room, so quite a climb but they were willing to help with my bags and at the end of a phone for whatever i needed. The bed was comfortable and soft, i had air conditioning which was a relief as the temperatures increased by the day. The shower did not work at the time but a facility for washing in a wet room suited my basic needs. I'm sure the other rooms were fine. I ordered a meal from their hotel menu which was lovely and reasonably priced. All in all a good safe place to stay for those needing a more calm environment. The main street markets were near and taxis and tuks available 24/7. It's not a posh perfect hotel. . But safe, comfortable and calm. Which for the solo traveler is important. I will stay again when coming back to india.

Hotel location is OK, not far from Delhi Gate, about 10-15 minutes walk, the hotel also has a restaurant, which is more expensive than the outside. There is a Khan market nearby, there are a lot of meals in it, you can have a number in Delhi, you can walk without any trouble.
