We were late for a wedding. Angel is a rockstar....My wife couldn't get her necklace latched I couldn't figure it out either but she did...Very clean and comfortable..You can't go wrong staying here it says i need to say more to submit..OMG I liked it and give Angel a raise

A very nice and large room with a separate sitting area with mini fridge, microwave and dining table. Bathroom tub was super large and very nice. The bed linens are top quality and very comfortable.

Enjoyed stay. Bathroom needs to be upgraded. Pool needs to be heated

Very nice property and the staff was fantastic. Veronica at the front desk was fantastic. Not because she gave me everything I wanted because she could not. But because she was attentive very kind and was ALWAYS welcoming when we came in during our stay. Always offering to help in any way she could. We found the staff very kind and always working hard for the guests.

It’s rare to find a hotel room without some kind of problem, but we did! We had a king suite in the second floor and it was perfect. The bed was comfortable with 4 king size pillows, and an extra in the closet if you need it! I for one hate those little bitty pillows they give you ant some hotels. The free breakfast was pretty standard fare with the addition of an automatic pancake making machine. In room Keurig coffee machine is good. Staff was very friendly!!!

I'm not a big fan of the Courtyard by Marriott brand - my company books my travel, so I wind up staying at them more often than I would choose if I could control it. The room was small and cramped. Front desk staff was fine. Check-in was a breeze. I hate when the side doors don't lock, though. That feels creepy to me. Internet speeds for the enhanced internet were around 40-45 mbps, so that's good. The A/C was a wall unit, controlled at the unit itself rather than by the thermostat elsewhere in the room. As a real plus (earns an extra star for this, actually) the room included a microwave and a fridge! Woohoo! Good luck trying to find somewhere to plug in your laptop at the desk. Both outlets were taken - one for the desk lamp and the other for the coffeemaker.

Derrick at the Front Desk provided us the best customer service we have ever experienced. He went above and beyond to welcome us to the hotel and made sure our experience was outstanding. We were traveling across country on a stressful trip situation and had about 100 hotels to choose from in this area. We called this hotel for general information but we were so delighted with his friendliness and attitude on the phone we didn’t even look anywhere else. To make things better Derrick greeted us at the door when we arrived and asked if we are alright. He seemed genuinely worried about us and we are still grateful for his kind demeanor and outstanding level of service. Top notch customer service from start and throughout the stay The hotel itself is just so nice and would highly recommend it if you find yourself traveling on I-10 through Mobile It has a great bar and restaurant..nice pool and comfy beds..all you can ask for ..and to to top it off an employee named Derrick!!
