We stayed for 4 nights. Had a lovely experience. Checking in and out was fast. We did not like the room given to us as it did not have much of a view. Hotel acclimated our request and changed to a better room. Loved the yoga and gym facilities. Food and drinks were excellent. Hotel staff were very warm and helpful

We had the most wonderful stay at the Como, it exceeded expectation. Rooms, food, kids club were all fantastic, we will be back!

Great resort and absolutely recommended. Amenities were great paired with attentive service. Two pools for guests to choose. Location wise was a bit far from the airport and with traffic it took about 1.5h, but overall really great.

One of the nicest hotels around Canggu, must stay if you’re at the area. Hotel has so great facilities that you will not want to stay out of the hotel at all! Really great and comfortable stay for my 2 nights there!

The hotel is great. I stayed at Como in Phuket before and was very satisfied. I also booked this hotel when I came to Canggu this time. Very stable quality. Both hardware and software are of high standard. The hotel staff has very good service attitude and is very professional. The swimming pool and room are very clean. The hotel's Beach club is great, right by the beach. It's comfortable to watch the sunset while having dinner~ It's just opposite la Brisa, which is very convenient to go to Brisa. There are also many restaurants around, so you don't have to worry about eating. The hotel breakfast is also delicious.

The hotel positions itself as luxury, in fact it is difficult to give this hotel even 4 stars. The only plus is that the hotel is located in a place where it is easy to find entertainment outside the hotel. The prices for the rooms are exorbitant and for that kind of money I would like service and a room of appropriate quality. In fact, the hotel is tired, with smudges on the ceilings and peeling plaster on the walls. We were placed in a room with two small windows that did not open, one window was covered by a closet and the second was not enough, there was no daylight at all. The door to the room (and to all the rooms on our floor) does not close tightly, so almost every day when we came in the evening, after the room was cleaned, the door was always open, anyone could come in. The view from the window was of some kind of construction site close to the fence. If you are planning to take a room with access to the pool or the presidential villa, then you will not see the sun, it is on the other side of the building, so to sunbathe during the day you will still have to go to the common pool, but there is no room there :) The hotel has a small area and two swimming pools, the pool is not safe, there are wires sticking out of the lighting there, any child can pull the wire. The prices in the hotel are several times higher and it is unclear why, in absolutely everything. Upon arrival at the hotel, you will be told about a mandatory deposit of 1 million rupees per day of stay, and upon departure you will also be charged for the use of the minibar (water, cola, nuts, etc.). And this is all a luxury hotel :) We have been to more than 30 countries and stayed in good hotels everywhere, but I have never seen anything worse than this hotel. The positive feelings of staying in Bali were spoiled as much as possible.

The breakfast area is connected to the Beach Club, where you can spend the whole morning. The rooms are not only relatively new, but there is also a surf shop at the entrance of the hotel, and La Brisa is across the street, so you can bring your kids in. We stayed there for another afternoon.

To the nearest Como Uma Crayon for Labrisa I made a reservation and everything was perfect. In particular, the bedding was among the three accommodations I visited in Bali. It was the most comfortable. If you keep one mosquito repellent I think it would be good. I slept late because I was catching mosquitoes;; haha This is an accommodation with 200% intention to revisit:)

Komouma was so good!!! I was horrified to see the king's corpse in the bathroom, but... Except for that, it was great. Even tidying up... Unconditionally get a room connected to the pool_!
